I was trying to figure out about how much parents spend on there infants during their first christmas. I am currently out of work and a single parent so I dont have much to spend. But, I was wondering what the average for someone that young is. She has plenty of clothes so I'de be buying her toys and dvds. She love's the baby einstein toys I got her their set of 24 dvds on ebey for about 50 bucks and a jumper for around 90. Plus some small little gifts like teethers and light up toys. All in all I probably spent 350 (which has mostly been charged). But, do yall think that is about right?

I am getting a new kitten, but I do have to go to work a few hours a day (i have a VERY flexible schedule), longer on Fri/Sat. How long can my kitten be alone in the house, or how often should I go check up on her? I'd be gone about 5 hrs per day Tues/Wed/Thurs, and on Fri & Sat when I have to be gone longer, my sister who lives with me will be home in the evening....I just don't want my kitten to get too lonely! Any suggestions?

I'm an atheist, but I'd like to know why Christians reject Islam.

They have miracles, holy texts, millions upon millions of followers. Why choose Christianity over Islam, besides the fact that you grew up where Christianity was the major religion of choice?

When I was at unıversity...my greek neighbour told me that the Turks went into Aya Sofia and spread paint all over Jesus Christ....how true is this? he said that 'no amount of paint can erase the spirit of Jesus'. Why is it that creationist theories are found posted on web sites--but I've never seen anyone in any peer reviewed journal. I've seen plenty of pseudoscience on these web-sites but never anyone from those sites with enough integrity to publish in a scientific journal. PS you can't use the excuse that scientific journals won't publish creationism--if the science is accurate and no holes can be found in that science--then any journal will publish. (Try Nature for a first outing). So why don't any of these creation scientists publish in a recognized journal? If the science they are attempting to publish is true--then don't you think the support and weight of the scientific community would be a blessing?

I have been married for 3 years. This last summer, my wife cheated on me, I found out about it, and after a bit of fighting, I was able to forgive her and keep trying in the marriage.

Just last night, while using her laptop, I looked in the browser history and found out that she had created an account in the "singles" section of eHarmony.com . . . she was also looking up her ex boyfriend on myspace and looking at all of his pictures. Of course, I was upset when I found this. When I confronted her about it, she told me she went on eHarmony for "no reason" and that she could look at her ex's page all she wants. She actually got really mad and screamed at me over it just for bringing it up and being upset.

I feel like she is up to no good; she SWEARS she's not doing anything. Am I being out of line by being upset? What should I do??

Okay..Thanksgiving is over and i am left with a whole Gallon of Milk(regular),its expiring 4 days from now and i have NOOO idea what to do with it.

I am having a party for my little girl...she is turning one! I am having brisket and sausage but I am not sure how many pounds of brisket and sausage I will need. So far I have a little over 50 people coming. Right now I have about 14lbs of brisket and 7lbs of sausage. How many pounds of each do you think I will need? I have had my listing removed from ebay for no real reason. I have been selling customised clothing on ebay.
I was selling Foo Fighters tops with logo. But the Logo I used is not copyrighted!! How can they remove my listings saying I am breaching copyright or trademark laws.
I HAVE ALWAYS LISTED MY ITEMS AS CUSTOMISED.
Also I had some band photo T-shirts. I made sure that nothing I use is copyrighted before I list my items but my items were still removed!!!
Are there any lawyers out there that know about these matters?
They are telling me i have broken the law but as far as I can see I have done NOTHING wrong.
