Christians, why do you reject Allah?

Question

I'm an atheist, but I'd like to know why Christians reject Islam.

They have miracles, holy texts, millions upon millions of followers. Why choose Christianity over Islam, besides the fact that you grew up where Christianity was the major religion of choice?

Allah is a false god and Islam is a false religion. I reject anything that doesn't accept Yeshua (Jesus) and the Messiah, Savior, Son of G-d and G-d in the flesh (Second man in the trinity).

First reasons first, Christianity is true- Islam isn't.

Second, let's suppose that what those silly people say about "whatever you believe is the truth" is really true.
Why would we be Muslims rather than Christians? Islam encourages the extermination of infidels while Christianity supports peace. Allow me to give you a few verses from the koran showing their hatred of "infidels."

"Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war." Qur'an:9:5

"Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission." Qur'an:9:29

"Fight them and Allah will punish them by your hands, lay them low, and cover them with shame. He will help you over them." Qur'an:9:14

"Fight the unbelievers around you, and let them find harshness in you." Qur'an:9:123

"O Prophet, strive hard [fighting] against the unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be harsh with them. Their abode is Hell, an evil refuge indeed." Qur'an:9:71

One might say "There are many violent verses in the Old Testament- how could these be any worse than those of the Old Testament?"
I have only this to say: The Old Testament's verses of violence only held against certain enemies of Israel. The violent verses of the koran hold against every non-Muslim. Not only that, those verses (in the Bible) no longer hold today.

And furthermore, there were no “miracles” in the koran. The closest thing there ever came to being a miracle in the whole history of Islam was when the Muslims fought a superior force and won. But this happens all throughout history, it was no miracle.
Were the Germans in WWII protected by Allah? Because they won many battles in which they were outnumbered…

First of all I'd like to say God loves the atheist. He has not taken his mercy from, because you are still alive. I choose, Yaohushua that is Gods name by which he shall be called. Christianity is a name that was give to separate the believers from the unbelievers.
If you read history, and the gospels that the so called christians tried to destroy you will understand. Islam, is our total submission to God's will. Christianity worships the creature and not the creator. God is the only power that was and that will ever be. Christianity does not teach that. I pray peace be with you always.

Well rejecting Allah is just a matter of belief.. Allah is the God of Jesus(pbuh), Abraham(pbuh) and of Moses(pbuh) well yes they both submitted to the same God and yes the same from Mohammad(pbuh) who was the last sent prophet from the God(Allah) He sent his messages through All the prophets to the people and to hmanity...Obviously some rejected to believe in these prophets when others did accept their truthfulness and submitted to the God..Again Allah.. Well after the departure of these prophets (Including Jesus), the people corrupted the texts off their divinity and you can understand this very easily by the present condition of the bible as it is continuously being changed according to what the people think as right.

The same God now sent Mohammad finally with a scripture that He(Allah) finally took the security. you can just try read and understand from these texts they are out there in the stores.

Because the Qur'an disagrees with the Bible. A lot.

I'd rather believe something that's a little bit closer to the source.

The Qur'an says that Jesus was never crucified. It was written, what, six hundred years after most of the New Testament? Which one am I going to believe? Honestly.

The Qur'an is beautiful in parts, but it just doesn't speak to me the way the Bible does. I know that sounds stupid, but it's true.

I studied Islam a few years ago (before 9/11, in case you were wondering), when I wasn't a Christian, and it just didn't do anything for me. I was on the market, as it were, for a religion. And Islam wasn't it.

1. You believe in the existence of Allah swt, but, you do not fulfill His Commands.

2. You say you love the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) but you do not follow his Sunnah.

3. You read the Holy Qur'an, but you do not put it into practice.

4. You enjoy all the benefits from Allah, but, you are not grateful to Him.

5. You acknowledge Shaitan as your enemy, but, you do not go against him.

6. You want to enter Paradise, but, you do not work for it.

7. You do not want to be thrown into Hellfire, but yet, you do not run from it.

8. You believe that every living thing will face death, and you are not prepared for it.

9. You gossip and find faults in others, but, you forget your own faults and bad habits.

10. You bury the dead, but, you do not take a lesson from it.

because Muhammad was not white. Seriously, some ppl r talking from their *** when they say Allah is fake and Muhammad was fake. They are basically denying their own God and not to mention, cursing him!..their denying the book which further solidifies their faith as well....

Jesus warned us that after He left, that there would be deceivers claiming to be god, but we shouldn't go after them.

The Bible says that the devil, himself, can appear as an angel of light, and if you receive a message that is different from the message in the Bible, that one is cursed by God. In fact, he repeats himself, saying the same thing twice in a row, that's how serious it is.

When mohammed received his "revelation", it contradicted the Bible, and Jesus warned against this. But mohammed obviously didn't know what Jesus taught, or he would have told this demon to leave immediately, rather than actually believe this "angel of light".

But it's no wonder. Eve, herself, was deceived by satan, so I'm not surprised that mohammed was also deceived by satan.

I have asked over and over again for some description of any miracle - any verifiable miracle (in other words, making the moon split or disappear or something is NOT a verifiable miracle), but not a single one is ever given.

Jesus, on the other hand, healed the sick, caused the blind to see, the lame to walk, the deaf to hear, the dumb to talk. He healed and cleansed lepers, and even raised the dead!

What has mohammed done?

I did NOT grow up in a Christian home. In fact, I was taught that Jesus was a liar, possibly a lunatic, and very definitely dead. When I was going through a serious crisis in my mid 20's, and somebody prayed for me, Jesus Christ changed my life! (It's amazing how once you actually MEET Someone, you can no longer deny His existence).

But I ask you the same question, do you choose islam just because you grew up where islam is the major religion of choice? I believe in Jesus because He transformed my life. Why do you believe in allah?

They do not because Islam prevent them fm many things they think it's fun in this temporary world!!
Christians want to drink,date and mate,dance and club all night,have no limits or boundaries!! they want to drink alcohol each meal or without meals even. Wine,beer,whisky,etc,u name it..they want to swim and appear almost naked in the name of "Liberty&Freedom"...
Islam prohibit all this so how can they believe or follow a religion that is against their instincts..they beieve That Christ{God Bless} died for their sins,therefore they hv the right to do whatever they want without restriction,They Believe that Christanity is a threesome or trinity,They do not know that there is only one God,Allah who The Christ before them believed in him and only him..and the worst part is that they believe in bibles which are randomly and occasionly written in a different versions,which in fact they didn't ask themselves why there's no one single bible to follow and believe in!!!!??? the only true original copy that stated that Islam and Prophet Muhammed is coming for the same message after Christ is missing and withdrawn fm the whole world,the name of this bible is "Birnaba"..it's the only and true original copy that comes with the same words and message as the Quran!!! it is withdrawn and replaced by a new priest each season!! that's why!! and thank you for asking!! and I don't care how many down thumbs u'll put for me..Allah is with me so who cares??!!!!

All Ideas of God have come from God himself from the beginning. However holy texts have been distorted by human hand and prompting from the devil, some to the point they have little in common with the true scriptures. God in the gave mankind laws through his prophets, but many of the writings have been corrupted and changed with time. Every prophet of God that ever lived has testified of Jesus Christ the savior. Islam does not believe in a savior therefor corrupting true scripture and it states that Jesus was just a prophet when he was in fact much more than just a prophet.

Because they have no miracles: Even Muhammad said he could perform no miracles. Their holy text is devoid of narrative and amounts to anecdotal rantings of a deeply superstitious person who has a vague awareness of Judaism and Christianity and not much more. Four of the five pillars of Islam are repackaged Meccan polytheism.

Given the choice between the liar, idolator, theif, pedophile, assassin, torturing, slaveholding, rapist Muhammad and the gentle person of Jesus Christ, the lamb of God, the choice is clear.

The differences between Allah and the God of Jesus and Moses are so profound that I find it deepy offensive when Muslims claim they are the same. My god is not an inconsistrent, incoherent, demented sadist.
