What should I use to blush/bronze my face? What's the difference between the normal blush and bonze powder? What do you prefer to use in the winter for natural glow or healthy skin? In summer I used bronze powder but found it too glittery to use all the time. Now it's finished and I want to buy a new blush. Are there any you can recomend? Thanks!

...but he's planning on sending David Miliband to do it for him. Does anyone else think this is completely unacceptable?

Prime Minister Gordon Brown could miss the signing of the EU Reform Treaty next week because of a diary clash, Downing Street has said.

He is due to face the Commons liaison committee - made up of senior MPs - on Thursday morning, just hours before the ceremony takes place in Lisbon.

A Number 10 spokesman said: "He does want to go... it is hoped he can go."

Foreign Secretary David Miliband is likely fly to Portugal to sign the document if Mr Brown is unavailable.

We are three children. My sis, the eldest, is 28 years old and my brother is two years younger than me, making him 20. From an early age, I have learnt to share everything with my bro. We were kind of brought up as twins - being treated equally. But he was just spoiled more, being my parents' only son and the youngest to boot. That has never been a problem for my sis and I and we spoiled him also. However, recently things have changed. He always gets his way, whether it's my car, money or just the tv. When we complained to my parents, they tried to punish him if he forces his way. But I fear it was in vain. He just continues doing what he wants. Now they have started to emotionally punish him, calling him names and stuff, and my sis also participates in this. I've tried the reasonal approach but nothing seems to work.
Please help

I live in this old house. I would say it was maybe built in the 40's, could be earlier. Maybe much earlier. There is a water heater/boiler furnace in the basement. You have to fill this water heater up to stay warm. Last winter I left the house for a couple days only and came back to burst pipes and an ice cold house in freezing weather. So basically you cant leave your home without either coming home to an ice cold house or pipes burst at the worst. So they come in and fix these pipes and then i see they still have the thing on where you have to fill it up everytime the water level goes down. This red light comes on and then you fill it up. On really cold days you have to fill it every day. Why would they put something like this in this house or not upgrade? Is this a normal thing in old homes or are they cheap?

Could it be from the arch supports I have to where. Or is something else just falling apart. Did not have this problem until I got some better shoes and arch supports that help control the plantar fasciitis problem. At first I just figured it was arthritis, but it's the muscles, tendons, ligaments, I don't know, surrounding my kneecap that hurt. Help..........and thank you.

I saw on Sky News this morning that council bosses have warned that council tax will rise above the rate of inflation yet again, because the government is starving them of funds.

We can't keep paying this can we? If this carries on, people soon wont be able to afford to live in this country.

If I recall correctly, the movie is about some escaped prisoners during war time. They travel across the countryside and find some Russian allies, one of which has issues with the black man in the group of prisoners. Later on in the movie, it is revealed that the Russian in question is a traitor, and he has a knife fight with the black man, wanting to see if he "bleeds red".

I have skimmed walls in my new house and have already painted the kitchen witch Dulux White MATT Emulsion and it came up beautifully. However, I just painted ensuite bathroom and paint is not going on as nicely. Appears 'cracked' and you can see old paint coming through. Useless ex-owner's extractor fan was kaput so wondered weather any moisture on walls perhaps causing this. Wall affected is an interior wall.

You know what really fascinates me ? Is how the most hardcore Atheist out there are so obsessed with God , They seem to talk about God a lot... or is just the outspoken atheist?
So does that mean they have a obsession with God?

maybe there trying really hard to convince them selves that there is no God? kind of like telling your self your beutiful over and over that you start to beleive it? bad example but you get my point.
