You didn't describe any of your symptoms that make you think you have OCD.

If you really think you have something like that; make an appointment with a doctor.

I have depression and medication helped me. I never had a diagnosis of OCD, but I believe they can treat it with just as much success as they can with depression.

Some people think they have OCD or "forms of OCD" if they have mild compulsions or certain rituals they like to do that make them feel comfortable. This is not OCD. OCD takes over your life and you become completely obsessed with a certain idea. I was diagnosed with OCD as a child, and they put me on the medication anafranil, which made mine mostly go away. It was wonderful to be free of it.

I have a form of ocd
I spoke to my girlfriend about it and she told me that she also had a form of ocd.
Its best to talk to your family first about it as they can help you. It is also very common for people to have ocd and you may know someone else who also has it.
I'm not sure if there is a type of medication you can take for ocd, i don't have any.
Just talk about it, its nothing to be embarrassed about.

That is a feat in it self, usually only happens when I am drunk because 14 of my 16 personalities are light weights and the other two will agree after a few more shots.

Do some research online, I think you will find that there are effective treatments, but you need to see a professional.
