Quit for 9 years and started last month and regret it.

No. I went cold turkey from 40 a day to none in April 1982 having first started smoking when I was 14 which was in late 1963...I have never smoked since and have no desire to do so again. I am not being sanctimonious but I could never afford to smoke again with them being around £5 for 20 here in the UK...got better things to spend our money on!

It can be done!

Yes, rubbish isn't it?

That said I have cut down loads. Too nasty to smoke outside now, so that is work and pubs taken care of, and I never smoke at home anyway.

I still manage to find places to smoke though.

Will try to give up again soon I'm sure!!

I never smoked to begin with. It's a disgusting and unhealthy habit.
