Am a lady and I feel some hardening on the right lower part of my abdomen when i lie flat on my back?

I have not noticed this before till recently so cannot tell whether its been with me for long or not. Friends any ideas? Is that normal?

What you are describing does not sound normal. As to what it could be is hard to say and the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is causing this.
