Five years ago I received deferred adjudication for theft under 50 dollars which was dismissed after completion. There was no probation officer or anything. I was not also fingerprinted or booked but given a citation for the defense. My question is when an application asks "Have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony, other than traffic violations or pled guilty or no contest to a felony offense?" how do I answer that? I've stayed out of trouble and gotten a bachelors degree and even worked for the MIS department at a hospital. I want to get a job within my city which would be City of Austin, Texas with their MIS department but I know there is a security clearance being that the tech deals with a lot of confidential material. I know that if I go and say hey I was arrested for theft five years ago without being asked, it will make employers close the door on me. Please, any advice or criticism is welcomed.

god! my parents are 'worried' about me and they are makeing me see a therapist and they butt into my private life and they harass me about things i dont like 2 talk about! theyre pushing me 2 do better in school even though im an honors student and im trying 2 pay attention 2 my boyfriend, my friends, my family, and my school work! i need help! how do i get my parents 2 quit butting into my life and how can i get 2 balance out my time between my boyfriends, friends, family, and school work???????? help me plz!

The person I beat in court failed top notify myself or the court he lost in of his attempt to bankrupt. I have asked the judge and US court what to do. Is it still ok to finish my case and seize all his property before the court gets it or wait till they get him first. The US court siad I was not listed so it leaves me open or I can add myself and force him into Capter 11 or 13 instead of 7. does anyone have anything to add?

I was in an 11 year relationship. I thought it would last forever and he ended up changing his mind and left me. Not too long after w/o looking I found someone else. We have been together now for almost 2 months. I honestly believe I am falling in love w/ him. It is a scary feeling for me. It seems that the more feelings I develop for him, the more and more I worry about him breaking up w/ me so I analyse pretty much everything he says and does. I get really paranoid and scared that he's losing interest that I panic and get anxiety (I normally get a lot of anxiety over things in life) and then I almost somehow convince myself he will break up w/ me. From the moment I met him, I felt like it was meant to be and that he's the one. I seriously don't ever want to lose him. But I also don't want to feel like this but don't know how to stop. Please help me. I need some really good advice and guidance. Thanks!

I recently started dieting and exercising a little over a month ago and I have already went from 305lbs to 266 lbs. Thats nearly 40 lbs in a little over a month. Everyone keeps telling me it is unhealthy to lose weight this fast, but honestly I am not starving myself or anything. I eat healthy meals a day and a yogurt or fruit as snacks. At my job, in about an 8 hour shift, I probably walk about 2-3 miles as well (hospital security). Also 4-5 days a week I exercise for about 60-90 minutes. I feel better then ever right now...is this unhealthy or am I just so active that the pounds are falling off quickly?

Im pretty sure this guy likes me but he's not making a move on me. Im good looking (other people's opinions, not mine!!), he's not as good looking but that doesnt matter to me as he's very confident and has a great personality. Ever since a few days ago, after my puppy eats, he carries his bowl into the other room and chews on it (he's still in that chewing stage). Well, tonight he picked up his bowl of water and dumped it out on the floor while I was on the phone. I had to get off and clean it up. I told him "No!" and then I fixed him another bowl of water. Not a couple minutes later, he had that dumped on the floor again and was carrying his bowl in his mouth. I gave him his food bowl after the first time he did that, because I don't keep him food where he can get it all day (because he will eat it all).

anyways, my question is: Has your puppy ever did this? He just did this today? and my dad told me to keep the water up from him until he goes over there looking for it. But I don't know.. Could he just be attracted to the bowls? Do you have any suggestions?

He's a yellow labrador. and he's getting to be well behaved other than this incident.
