In additon to using it for standard tasks such as web surfing, MS Office tools, etc, I'm getting into video editing, music, photos and all things creative. It seems anything creative is better done on a MAC. MAC just seems more cutting edge. Would love to hear some opinions.

My baby has been sleeping with us since she was born. I had a c-section and nursing was made a lot easier this way. We also lived in a loft with a curious cat who was always jumping in the crib before baby arrived. We didn't want to chance the cat jumping in the crib once baby was sleeping in it.

Things have changed. The cat has a new home. We now have a 2 bedroom apartment. Baby is now an active 7 month old who will roll off the futon if left alone. I've been wanting more and more to let her at least take naps in her crib where it's safe. So far she's only done 45 minutes max then wakes up crying. I can't get her back in the crib after that. I will NOT let her cry it out. She sleeps like a dream in her car seat but I read that it may cause pressure on her spine in this position. I've noticed that the attachment parenting advocates say moms should be napping with baby but let's be real now. I haven't done this since she was 3 months old - unless I am exhausted. Any advice

i have a wirlesss box which provides my comp n laptop with the internet.
but this past week my laptop keeps d/cing its self for no reason when im simply just browsing the web. and then i have 2 set it all back up agen and i dont know why.
does anyone have any idea's why?

I pulled my hamstring playing football last sunday and I have another game coming up next sunday... I dont need to be 100% healthy but what can I do to heal it enough as to avoid discomfort with every step i take. I have been using bengay as well as compression wraps... what more can i do and how fast can I expect it to heal?

im a 16 year old guy and i have medium length wavy hair. in the front it to my eyebrows and on the sides it is to the middle of my ear. If i dont brush it it gets frizzy. What kind of hairstyle should i get. I used to have a flip but my hair but my hair is too long for that now. i want a new medium length hairstyle. Pictures would help!

I have been recycling lately and have very little trash now, it is almost all kitchen leftovers and kitty litter. I was wondering if there was anything I could do with either? I live in an apartment, so I am not sure if composting is an option? I do have a small deck but thats it.
