For those who have done a thesis defense..?

Did you do a whole powerpoint presentation or just an oral presentation. I really don't want to try to make some grand event of it, just tell what I did and get questioned. Was that the way it was for you or did you have to create a whole presentation?

Well, I did it before PowerPoint, but I did have several overheads, the then-equivalent of PowerPoint. I'd advise it.
