my son can not fall asleep at night he has been like this ever since a toddler.there are times he is up past midnight on school nights i know he is not getting the sleep he needs.he is on the go always busy,busy,you would think he would be tired.he is a water drinker rarely drinks pop so it is not a cafine issue.he says he just cant fall asleep.we read at night,we tried a sm radio with soft music.he is adhd but his dr said the med is worn off by time he gets home from school,so that has nothing to do with it.ant suggestions would be helpful

Okay so on my Apple Mac I tried to drag the system preferences beside the Trash and I accidentally put it in Trash. So I deleted it then I went into Applications and dragged out the System Preferences app there to my doc but I accidentally dropped it on my desktop then I dragged it from my Desktop to my Dock then I dragged the one on the Desktop top trash and emptied it too. I signed into another user name and a "?" came up and when i went over to it it said System Preferences then i logged out and signed back onto my user name and there was also a "?". I can't get back onto System Preferences and I dunno how to get it back, PLEASE HELP! :[[ x

i have to be at work tommorow at 8:30 , it pays good so i dn't wanna mess this up ..
plus it's only for 2 days. but today i woke up at 12.00 in noon , so i am kinda worried

Is it a good or bad thing?

I'm asking because I've seen people on here post lot's of negative Q&A's regarding multiculturalism, like it's a bad thing.

Now please correct me if I'm wrong here but I as under the impression that multiculturalism was nothing more than people of different races and ethnicities living together in a given society? like what the US and UK are like now.

Is my definition of the word wrong? I'm thinking it might be, cause like I've said I've seen loads of folks talk about multiculturalism in negative light and that only 'bleeding heart liberals' would want such a society.

Does it have something to do with immigrants not assimilating? yes? no?

Please Read this before you answer. I am trying to write out a story for a book i want to write. I have all these good ideas in my head on what happens and even a climax and how it ends. The problem I always have is I don't know how I should start it, like I don't know what my main character should be doing in the beginning or the setting. This is supposed to be a sci-fi/fantasy genre with some adventure. I am not asking for ideas as that would not be creative on my part, I am just asking what is a good way of doing this as this is my major problem when creating a story. Thank you for your answers.

im 17 & my 8 yr old sister is being influenced in bad ways from my cousins. they talk about drugs infront of her they talk about girls asses infront of her and these cousins of mine are 18 and 17 boys.they are the worst role models who ucan possibly find.they are sooooo bad aand i cant believe im related to them suriously. they talk about gurlfriends infront and her.and my older sisters watch shows mtv shows like i love new york with her and tila t shows.shes learning all this bad stuff.shes smart in school and shes tough.but theres bad ppl around her who are making her bad i found out shes curses so i screamed at her and told her if i hear her curse 1 more time im going to NOT let her play my video games ever again so she listened.if u kno me im vary mature for my age i dont know how because i was the baddest kid wen i was younger but ichanged maybe a marcle thing i dunno.anyway my sisters are great and all but they let her watch things that are so not good for her.but thats not a bad

He takes it from the laundry hamper. If I don't notice him doing this, he will make a nest out of a few pairs under the bed. Any reason for this? He already has a blanket. Oh yeah, the panties are um, ones that are from the dirty hamper.
