How about giving some additional information, like what OS are you using, what type of hardware does it contain, what types of locations are you trying to use it on, at home, school, work, the airport, a hotel, etc.

Just telling us that your "airport express card work with netgear router but its like dial up?" just doesn't cut it.

Off the top of my head I would say something is reducing your speeds, like maybe the network you are attempting to use it on has an old 802.11b adapter on some piece of hardware which is very slow and would slow down the entire network to that speed. Locate that old adapter and replace it with an updates g or n, and you should be good to go.

The Netgear router that you are connecting to may be an a/b router with an extremely slow transfer rate.
