i have to be at work tommorow at 8:30 , it pays good so i dn't wanna mess this up ..
plus it's only for 2 days. but today i woke up at 12.00 in noon , so i am kinda worried

what time do you think I should go to sleep today, so I can wake up atleast around 7 A.M , maybe?

You should sleep at 11 PM. Eat healthy and 30 min of exercise so you feel refresh in the morning. But if you are still sleepy when you wake up it could be that you may have sleep inertia and many sleep disorders. Please see a psychologist and a sleep specialist. Hope that helps.

To get at least 8 hours of sleep, you should shoot to be in bed by 11 pm. If you need more, then go to bed earlier. If you think you might have a hard time with it, then try some chamolie tea about a hour before you hit the sack or take a very low dose of melatonin.

ok, you should probably go to sleep at 9:00 on the dot.thats the same way i wake up 2 school every morninggg =)

stay up all night and answer questions on yahoo, then go to this great job at 8:15 am (always show up early) and then meet the other people there, and quickly find the one sucker who you can trick into doing your work for you while you sleep on the toilet for twenty minute at a time............

If you are a late sleeper, go to bed as early as possible.

I can´t go to sleep before 11 PM...its almost impossible for me. If your like me, I´m not sure what to do for you.

Go to bed by at least 9p.. do some lite exercise right before bed so u can fall asleep
