I've got a few months left on my lease and my room mate has made our apartment completely uninhabitable. At first what she did in her room was fine with me. It wasn't until the filth began to spill into the rest of the apartment. The smell in the apartment is unbearable. everything in the kitchen is unuseable, there is food on the stove that has been there for a good month.There is literally dog crap all over the floor in her bedroom, and it completely trashed. The poor dog is left pinned up in her room for hours on end, sometimes even days. I have also purchased all the furniture in the apartment and she has done everything possible to ruin it. That said I am looking at how to get out of this lease. We both signed the agreement for the 1 yr lease. Is it possible to get out of this lease with out having to pay the remander of the lease off, or will i have to stick out the next four months. I refuse to clean up after an adult, much of the mess is unnecessary.

Hi - if someone dropped out of University before the University had taken the fees for tuition and accomadation, what would happen. Would they call the police or debt collection agency to come to the alternative address that you put when applying or would they leave it. I have read that if University fees are not paid you get kicked out but if you leave before paying then can you get away with it?

When I was just a boy, my father built a brick workshop in his garden. I have no idea if he applied for planning permission or indeed if he needed to. I was told by a friend there is a time limit on planning regulations and if the structure had been in place for 10 years or more without complaint, it was legally allowed to stand in situ. Is this TRUE? If it is not, do I have to take it down, or can I apply for a backdated planning permission, even though the work was carried out years ago?

i currently store my photos on snapfish, but with them, you can only keep your account for longer than a year if you purchase something from them in that year (and every other year you want it stored), otherwise, they delete your account. so i wanted to know if there were any other decent sites where you can store photo albums for free for unlimited amout of time, without purchasing something to keep it open....something that's also password protected. any ideas?

I find it disturbing that they call it "Xmas" or "The Holidays".
In a recent ad for Lowe's they called their Christmas trees that they had on sale "family trees".
A funny side note is that the origin of the word "holiday" is holy day....still a religious meaning.

I love my new best friend but I can not stand a procrastinator. Sometime i feel like i can't depend on her. I mean, we just became friends so maybe i'm jumping the gun. I am a very prompt and early person. If i say i am going to do something, i do it and i do it when i say i am going to do it. If i say i am on the way to your house, I walk out the door r ight then. I dont wait 30 min -2hrs before i leave.

If u send me an email, i reply immediately. so now i have this new best friend and i love her so much but it drives me mad that she takes forever to meet me somewhere or keep plans or show up at my house on time.

I actually told her how i felt and she said that was just her personality but she would try to work on it in situations with me. Isnt that sweet?

and so last night she did leave immediately. I was so happy. hahaha

I dont know why it aggravates me so much...
