My boyfriends family are good people. They are just fake people. So we go to a great Monday night football game back in october. Everyone having a GREAT time. It's time to go and we all had a good amount to drink. We leave to only leave from a good and exciting place to entering a war! My boyfriend and his sister start to argue...next thing you know his brother in law is going after him for no apparent reason. His sister is yelling, everyone is yelling!!! I look to see him on the ground b/c ( his sister had to sick her husband on him) with his arm hanging out of his shoulder. From there we sat in the E.R. and two months(almost) later surgery is completed and it's a healing process til February. Delema is we haven't talked to his sister or her husband since the accident. The holidays are here his mother is upset with the fact he is not around and guess who is the talk at the table??...Me i am the only one who did nothing wrong and his family hates me for this!!...WHAT SHOULD I DO

3.shelly injured herself when she slipped and fell on a loose plank while walking down some steps that the hotel had repaired the day before. The night before, while entering the hotel, she had noticed that the steps were dangerous, and although she knew from her earlier stays at the hotel that another exit was available, she chose that morning to leave via the dangerous steps. The hotel was aware of the hazard, as one of the other guests who had fallen that night had reported his accident to the desk clerk then on duty. Still, there were no cautionary signs on the steps to warn of the danger, and they were not roped off or otherwise excluded from use. shelly brought an action in negligence against the hotel for injuries she sustained as a result of her fall. The hotel raised a defense. Decision?

i am thinking that this is contributory negligence but am not too sure..
help plz

One of the reasons why all attempts at communism fail is because of the fact that it goes against human nature…


So I gotta use this point to support why I think communism failed in China during the cultural revolution, and the previous attempts at communism before that (such as the creation of the communes)…

So who was “greedy” or “individualize” during the cultural revolution that made it fail?

How do models get picked to walk in high fashion runway shows? (ex. Marc Jacobs Spring Collection, Chanel Fall Ready-to-Wear, etc. you get the idea..)
And also how do models get contracts with designers? Does the actual designer like Marc Jacobs choose them?

Well, yeah...

I feel like im in a pit surrounded by fire and there's no way out. First off, my grades, for the first time ever, are very low and im on the verge of failing. My mom says that she'll send me to summer school if i fail, and we dont even have enough money to do that. I don't even have any future plans because i dont know what im gonna do(BTW im in the 10th grade and running out of time), to be honest, i don't plan on living that long anyways, because i know im gonna be pushed off the edge, and end up poisoning myself.
People, i appreciate your help, but the tutor advice never works, trust me. I done it before, and i doesn't change a thing in my case. Frankly, i cant take school seriously anymore, and hell, i know my family is MOST LIKELY to think less of me if i fail, because i'll be the first one. But im just like: **** it.

I was on fenugreek when I was 15 because someone told me that it can make your breasts grow bigger. Its a stupid reason but I was young. Anyways, I always struggled with my weight. I am always about 90 pounds and can't gain weight no matter how hard I try. I used to drink boost shakes 3 times a day and even that didn't help.
So I remember when I was on the pills, I had a bigger appetite and my weight went up to 107 pounds. I was really happy and felt good about my body for the first time. Do you think its the pills that made me gain weight? I had stopped taking them after about 5 months for some reason that I can't remember.../
So could it have been the pills?

i can't get over the amonut of people who get gifts for birthdays, holidays weddings and say nothing. Is that rude or just people being lazy. E mail thank yous are the worst. a phone call or a nice note in the mail is more suiting. Gezzz!

I just graduated with my BSBM and am seriously thinking about pursuing a MBA. I don’t know what to expect, my last program was based around team work and presentations. I did hear however that some programs require you to do extensive paper writing is that true? I have to say that the longest paper that I wrote was about 10,000 words long. Can some one with an MBA tell me what your experiences has been?

Well I'm doing this project related to genetic disorders, so I guess she meant testing/procedures for genetic disorders.

But I'm confused now. How can you test whether or not a baby has a genetic disorder or not if the baby isn't even there yet? Am I suppose to test whether or the parents or carriers or something similar?

Please help! I'm confused!

I just thought of this today. In vertebrates, three groups have developed flight, reptiles, birds (I know, I know they're sort of reptiles), and mammals (bats). So why did only one group of arthropods (insects) develop flight? Any one have any info that I'm unaware of, or any theories?

I don't see the church buying me a new dentures!! I've asked and I've asked, but tarnnation! I'm starting to think that they enjoy watching me eat through a straw!
So last Sunday I get this bright ideal, and take some money out of the collection plate, and of course, I got caught. Tarnnation!!!!! What am I to do? I can't afford dentures now, and my lawyer is thinking that he's going to get some gum action, seeing how I can't pay and all. Why can't the church just let me have that money? Doesn't the church know that if I steal off of the plate then I can't afford a good looken lawyer?? Tarnnation, I'm getting those nasty chills up my spine!!
