You're never too young to start taking care of yourself, but keep in mind that "anti-aging" creams aren't going to help you as much as a healthy lifestyle will.
First and foremost, make sure you're getting enough sleep every night. Lack of sleep can cause numerous problems with your health as well as early aging. Also make sure you're drinking plenty of water each day and staying hydrated. Maintain a healthy diet [you don't have to cut junk food out completely, just make sure you get all of the nutrients you need before you start in on junk food] and exercise often... these things will help you a ton more than anything from a jar ever will.
Also! If you're going to be spending time in the sun, use some kind of facial moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher in it. Don't forget to protect yourself from the sun. You need sunlight to stay healthy, it helps in vitamin D production and processing, but the UV rays can damage your skin.
AND DON'T SMOKE. It will make you wrinkle and stain your teeth. :(

It' never too young to start taking care of your skin. You should use a good daily sunscreen, cleanser, and moisturizer daily. Best thing to do for your skin is to protect it from the sun! Then once or twice a week exfoliate your skin, with a gentle, good product. You'll keep your skin healthy and glowing. A wonderfully healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, plenty of water will also keep your skin and you glowing!

no you shouldn't bec it will damage ur skin....young women are not even recommended to use cosmetic/skin care products that have very strong chemical in it...they might be effective to you right now...but when u get older and really really hope some products can work on you ago, you won't find anything since u haave already used the strongest chemical ever...
thats why a lot of ppl insist on using more natural products or herbs instead...it actually makes u look prettier

Two of the fastest ways of AGING your skin are sunbathing and smoking. If you are doing either, stop. If you avoid both, then you are using a "natural" way to protect your skin.

And i would say make sure you have the right diet in place. 9 times out of 10, the diet kept has to do alot with how skin, body, and muscle tone appear. reasearch would be good to help determine what may be best at this point..

I think your being paranoid i seriously doubt your aging at 18...but ya i dont think it will harm your skin in anyway...most it can do is rash it or make you break out...but think of it if its called anti aging cream...then obviously people who havnt aged yet use it...so why would they use it if it caused them to age?...your fine use it....ive always heard its never to early to start.

Go ahead. My aunt started using it when she was your age. She's now 40 and looks like she's 20.
