i can't tell if this girl wants to "be friends", or something more serious.

she will always smile and wave at me when ever i see her in the halls.

and during the break between third and fourth period classes, (my school only has four periods) she ALWAYS sits with me, and my friends.
she will always sit next to me, and say "he's mine" to other girls in a joking way, if someone else sits next to me.

the thing is, she loves to point out "oh wow, he's cute" when ever im walking with her.
although afterwards she kind of pauses and looks at me, as if waiting for a response.
i usually just ignore it, because i have no idea how i would respond to that.

buut, i will also see her walking down the halls with other guys, when she is not walking with me.

they aren't the same guys a previously mentioned (the ones she says are cute)

i can't tell if she is just playing mind games, or is actually interested.

i feel like she likes me, but shes very confusing.

any help would be appreciated

I want XP back on my computer. The new computer I have has Vista on it. I have a Microsoft Windows XP Professional w/SP2 install disc and if I put it in, will it simply over ride the Vista or do I have to go through some complicated process? Thanks

i went out with this boy, and after about 4 days (we only saw eachother for 2 days) he broke up with me. and then i found ouot he was cheating on me with another girl who didnt even go to the same school. but thats not the problem. i stopped likeing him 1 day after we broke up because he was starting to get too annoying. and after we broke up he told me he still likes me and i tried to give him hints to let him know i dont like him. i said "well im sorry but i heard so and so liked me" and e said "o okay" and then a few days later i found out that person didnt like me and when i told my ex he said "o well im sorry. he missed out. but you can always go back out with me" and he is always hanging out where i hang out even though he annoys EVERYONE there! and its embarassing! but i still dont want to hurt him. but i do want him to stop and move on! or atleast let him know i dont like him anymore. how do i let him know without hurting him though? I am trying to make healthy cookies without using butter. Can I substitute applesauce for butter in any cookie recipe?

I know you can substitute applesauce for butter in cake recipes. I have done that and it's not bad at all. But can you do that for cookies?

Up until Darwins book the origin of species I think the design argument was the best. Evolution blew that argument out the water. Nowadays I think that the argument that DNA is too complex / contains to much information - to have formed by abiogensis therefore it must have been created by an intelligent designer. Of course this is just the old God of the gaps argument. I dont know therefore God. I dont even think this is a good argument but its the best I could come up with.

What say you?

that proves or disproves something doesn't that make it inconclusive rather than false? Webster defines inconclusive as "leading to no conclusion or definite result" and false as "not true" or "intentionally untrue." Just as those that believe in God believe this and are not spreading what they believe as "intentionally untrue", the same could be said by the atheist/agnostics who say that as of right now there is nothing "leading to (a) conclusion or definite result" for them.

So what I am trying to say, in an attempt to make each side happy with their position, can't the people that believe in God say that what we believe is not false (atleast to us) and the atheist/agnostics say that right now (atleast for them) the information is inconclusive?

Here's the deal. I have a cousin who is 6 years old, and though she is not a violent child, she is like....a menacing little brat and I find it so hard to like her! I love her because she is my cousin, but I can't stand to be around her, because she is so worshipped by her mother (who finds no wrong in her whatsoever and who wouldn't discipline her if the world depended on it) and so whiney and manipulative. If she doesn't get her way she throws a monster fit (and gets her way of course) and all she can think about is another way to make someone buy her a toy (to add to her collection of 2 rooms full of toys). I am 20 years old and I feel so bad because I feel like I should be affectionate and loving toward this child, but I just can't seem to do it. My mother, sister, father, and all my friends feel the same way about her..and we all feel bad.

What can I do to love this child more? I hate the fact that i dread seeing my own cousin.

This is mine. I was at a high school football game and i was walking down the stands. I had on this dress and all of the sudden there was a huge gust of wind and the dress blew all the way up. To make things i had a thong on and there were these immature middle schoolers behind me who thought they were soooo cool because they saw it. Now everytime we got to a game my friends remind me what not to wear.
