There's this funny guy at my work who is always glaring at me to make me laugh. He also trys to impress me and he has smacked me on the chin to get my attention (not mean). We are Juniors in Highschool. But then he will completly ignore me at school..like walk right by me without saying hi and I know he knows I'm there because he walks fast and dosen't turn his heat AT ALL.... it's really confusing

For sure, he is flirting with you at work. But maybe at school, he wants to look "cool" and not want to talk to girls. It's possible that he's trying to keep his cool-image up in front of his friends or the other girls.

I know this can be really confusing for you. Guys are a weird species in themselves ^_^ From my experience in this situation I would think that the guy is interested in you but he may have a slight fear in showing his interest at school. High School is a completely different environment than the work atmosphere. So people (especially younger people) have a tendency to try and act a certain way in an environment that demands stereotypes and feeds off of peer pressure. That does not mean that it is acceptable for him to completely ignore you at school then notice you at work. I do believe this is a red flag and you should be cautious if you allow yourself to get involved with this guy because no one likes a guy who will be two faced, (acts one way towards you, than acts another way towards you). Over all just be cautious and talk to him about it and see why he has been avoiding you, because only then can you really find out the truth behind his actions. Hope I helped ^_^

CAREFUL. i've had something like that happen to me before. he might just be a funny or flirtatious guy. if he completely ignores you at school, then i think he doesnt really like you. if a guy likes you, he'll either stare at you a lot and act embarrassed or talk to you a lot. but i dont know why he's acting all weird towards you at work. maybe hes bored at work! what social group at school does he fall under? maybe ...no offense, he doesnt want to feel some sort of pressure at school for showing his interest in you. sorry....i hate those kinds of guys. that COWARD. but..u guys are only in high school. high school guys are immature!!!!! ignore him. hes a goof. take care babe~

I'd say go with ignoring him at work. See how he likes what he's been doing to you.
If he asks to about it then ask him why he does it at school.
If he doesn't notice your ignoring him then maybe he just wants to make a co-worker laugh to make work more enjoyable.
In either case, He's a male. Therefore he'll change his mind as to what he wants. But give it some time and maybe he'll realize he's been snubbing you.

hes probably not comfortable with all of high school judgements and it may make him nervous to not act like he does around you at work. maybe try to ignore him at work? dont confront him because he may not be into that way and just think of you as a friend.
