Swab it with peroxide. If it bubbles, it was infected. If not, either it has healed over or wasn't infected. It should clear up, but if it remains red for another 4 days, or gets sore, see a medical professional and get it drained and treated.

Take your canine to the vet in the present day. we've a German Shepherd. He has hypersensitive reactions and itches many times. at some point we observed that he had a huge fluid-crammed blister like sense to his real ear. It seems it grow to be something talked approximately as a hematoma, the place the ear actual fills up with blood. We tried to guard it with drugs, yet while that did no longer paintings, he ended up mandatory surgical treatment wherein they drain the fluid and stitch a waffle trend into the ear so as that it won't be in a position to fill up lower back. $one thousand/ear. IIt could be led to by potential of a foul bump to the ear or itching, which grow to be the case with our canine. It ended up happening to the different ear too, and now he has 2 floppy ears. The restoration grow to be perplexing and painful for him. i'm hoping it relatively is no longer what that's for you, yet you want to take him real away, merely in case.
