A conviction for the statutory offense of vehicular homicide or other involuntary manslaughter only requires a showing of negligence will not involve moral turpitude even if it appears the defendant in fact acted recklessly.

I am a man of 39yrs, recently I have been experiencing this problem of vertigo. I visited an eye doctor who negated any ear problem. anytime I bend down, objects spin around me, when I look up right the samething happens, when am climbing any staircase samething. does this have anything to do with night work because I have been doing night work for 8yrs now or dehydration because I work in a high caloric enviroment or change of weather or too much thinking or maybe stress or drinking. I am directing this question to medical practioners please.

'Are you sure you know what you are doing?'

By getting married.

We are getting married in June next year, my fiance called his cousin and she asked him to take her off loudspeaker and she asked him the above question.

She has never met me, I am courteous and say to my fiance 'tell your cousin I said hi'

I would not expect a woman who got married only 2 years ago to say this!

But I personally think she is not happy because her hubby works long hours as a manager at Macdonalds (!) while she is a stay at home mom and does not work, she has 2 kids, 3 and 9.

I however, earn my own money and very independent.
I have told my fiance that I do not want her at the wedding if she feels like this!

Why are women so spiteful?

I m planning to start from a community college, then university and major in graphic design. So what math do I need to learn along the way?
My teacher said we'll need to do both English& Math with our major& minors in colleges, will I need to know basic maths in Geometry and Trigonometry? Because I hadn't learn much in geometry and trigonometry from my previous high school years..I need answers from student majoring in graphic design or related field, what exactly type of math do I need to prepare for college? Or I don't have to worry anything because the courses will cover up the math's basis in college?

showing a lack of love and understanding? I'm not asking about "religious" justification... just about the reality of the situation.

My 21 year old sister has met a girl over the internet who is in her mid-twenties. Apparently, they like each other more than friends and are in a relationship, but many states separate them. My sister has a math degree and is certified to be a teacher and because of one bad experience, is trying to do something else with her life... currently she works at a grocery store. Her girlfriend is in her own home state, living with her parents, a mother who had at one time kicked her out for being gay and a father who really depends on her to take care of her disabled mother. Neither parent approves of her lifestyle and she is pretty much stuck there, because if she leaves.. her mother will go into a nursing home.

It would be me, a single female in her mid 20's, who would like to relax without huge crouds. I especially am interested in swimming in an ocean without crazy waves and have some interesting things to do on the island. Somewhere I'd feel comfortable and weclomed by the Hawaiians.

My husband deployed 9 months ago and I moved 5 hours away from Fort Riley (our duty station) to live with my parents. I went to the doctor for depression and she referred me to see a psychiatrist. He wants me to come regularly to see him and his therapist for the next 2 months and also wrote we a script for a prescription. What will tricare cover of this? Any of it? My husband said I need to call them and tell them I'm far away from a post and had to go to a civilian for coverage and they should cover it. Is this true?? Is there anything I need to do to ensure they pay the dr. bills??? Thanks

What is Mexico like in late March (weather etc). I am thinking of visiting Mexico City and a couple of other characterful places.

Is it a nice city to visit?
Are there interesting attractions there?
is it safe?
What are the people like?
Is it easy to communicate?
Is it easy to get around on public transport?
Is it easy enough to meet young people and young travellers?

Which other places in Mexico are worth visiting? Cities with culture, places on the coast worth going to in March etc
