No, but it annoys me when I see a question where someone has obviously just gone down the list of answers and given a thumbs down to every one. I find it quite silly to be honest.

No, but it does make me upset to see that someone has gone down and thumb downed every answer when they obviously didn't read all of them.

Not when I am answering in a controversal subject area (i.e. politics). I expect it.
But when I am providing a well-thought-out, informed answer in a subject I know well, and someone gives me a thumbs down for no apparent reason, it's annoying. Luckily it really doesn't mean anything.
