It's all about Jesus Christ!
This is the fundamental difference between Christianity and other religions.
Jesus Christ did not teach a set of principles in order to get to God, rather, he taught that He is the way to God.
Whereas, Mohammed taught the Q'uran, Zoraster taught his ethics, Buddha taught the noble path , Krishna taught philosophy.
So, if you are a believer in the message that Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only way to God then you are christian following christianity.

The reason CHristianity is different from religion like Islam, is because We believe the Jesus was the Son of God, and He died for our sins (all poeple of the world past and present)
Other religion believe he is just a good man ( based on recent self proclaimed prpphets....aka, muhammed)
His teachings are also important, because we called to be like Jesus, and without the BIBLE to show us his teachings we wouldn't know what that is..

Christianity is about God,Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. IT's also about Jesus' teachings and the teachings of the apostles which were based on Jesus' teachings.

Modern-day Christianity is about Jesus, and the belief that he is God. Esoteric Christianity, and Mystic Christianity, as was practiced during the life of Jesus and more widely just after his death (or whatever), focuses more on his words and teachings. That's what I study now.

Both. Christianity means followers of Christ Jesus, meaning that we have to believe what Christ sacrificed so we could live. We also have to trust in what he taught.

Jesus followed Judaism, Christianity came years after. It should be all about his teachings. Though few actually read and put into practice his teachings

It is about both. Jesus did not teach one thing and do another. He followed His own teachings.
