i'm kissing my boyfriend...and i notice that my eyes are open..i didn't even notice it at first. so then i look up at him to see if his eyes are closed or not, and they were closed. So i quickly closed my eyes...but then i think i opened it again...idk why. but i jus feel more comftorable with my eyes open! but..it's kind of weird, don't you think so? I'm worried that catches me with my eyes open, he's gonna get creeped out or somthing..so my question is..do you know why i might be doing this?? lol does anyone else keep their eyes open?

According to most bible scholars the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel occurred in the first century. According to Jesus, when the abomination of desolation is seen standing in the holy place people should flee to the mountains because there will be tribulation such as the world has never seen or will ever see again.

If the greatest tribulation the world has ever seen is still to come even though the abomination of desolation took place in the first century then Jesus was wrong about the tribulation he said would be on the earth when the abomination of desolation is seen standing in the holy place. Is Jesus wrong or are most Bible scholars wrong?

I have some problem regarding starting of my motor cycle.
My motorcycle is just 3 months old.
I use my motor cycle after every 7 days .

the motorcycle starts well when the engine is cold if I choke it . But just after starting, suppose after 2 seconds , if i try to ride it , the engine stops or the speed of the bike can not be controlled by the throttle for 1 minute. If I ride at that time in this condition for 1 minute, everything will be normal.when the engine is hot, it works well at that time and the problem doesnt occur.what can be the cause of it?

I am a freshman in high school so I wouldn't normally be asking a question about college but I need to. I have a 3.3 grade point average at the moment and it will probably be higher by the end of the semester. My father says that UC Davis won't except me without a 4.0. Is this true? well my family is huge and i am one of the youngest out of all the nieces and nephews. so before i was born all my aunts and uncles were paying for their kids needs. so they started a tradition. all the aunts and uncles draw a name and that is the only niece or nephew they bought a present for.

well now that i am 14 and all my older cousins are off in college, they made the cut off date 14 instead of 12. but now all the 14+ kids get money donated to a charity in their name.

i dont like this. i was mad when i was getting one gift but now NOTHING!!! and i get to watch my bother and sister get presents for years after!!!

is this a fair age and idea!!!!! i hate it and so do the older cousins but none of the aunts and uncles listen to us.

what do you think???

and PLEASE dont tell me that this is not in the spirit of christmas cause we have suffered enough with this one present child thing and now this!! we are pissed.

I have recently come back from a disasterous teaching job in Tajikistan, before that I taught in Uganda and Uzbekistan (primary) and before that 2 years of secondary art.
All my confidence is gone and I can't even fill out the application forms and I think my career is over. I desperately need help as I'm totally alone and have no one who can give me advice. Please email if you can help, because I just don't know what else to do. I need someone who knows the system, about writing letters of application and all that stuff that just leaves me in floods of tears. A woman was walking along the beach when she stumbled upon a Genie's lamp. She picked it up and rubbed it, and lo-and-behold a Genie appeared. The amazed woman asked if she was going to receive the usual three wishes.

The Genie said, "Nope ... due to inflation, constant downsizing, low wages in third-world countries, and fierce global competition, I can only grant you one wish. So ... what'll it be?"

The woman didn't hesitate. She said, "I want peace in the Middle East. See this map? I want these countries to stop fighting with each other."

The Genie looked at the map and exclaimed, "Gadzooks, lady! These countries have been at war for thousands of years. I'm good, but not THAT good! I don't think it can be done. Make another wish."

The woman thought for a minute and said, "Well, I've never been able to find the right man. You know, one that's considerate and fun, likes to cook and helps with the housecleaning, is good in bed and gets along with my family, doesn't watch sports all the time, and is faithful. That's what I wish for ... a good mate."

The Genie let out a long sigh and said, "Let me see that ******* map!"
