Even if I trust the rebuttal from the owner 100%, it sounds like a rotten deal. $378 to set up a web page and then $20 a month. Honestly, who hires models off of websites? In South Carolina, no less?

If any agency asks you to pay ANY amount of money, then it's a scam. So hopefully you or your parents haven't paid anything. If an agency really really wants you to model for them, then they will take care of all the payments.

Um... they do make you pay money...and alot of it. I know because they came to where I live and they wanted my little brother to be a model. But they asked for Waaaaaay too much money. BUT!...you can get sponsers. all you have to do is go places and ask people if they want to sponser you. It's not that hard.

The time to ask these questions is before you sign a contract. You're bound to it afterwards.
