I am just curious and all are welcomed to leave their view point so:
1. no thumbing down others because
2. everyone is entitled to their own beliefs.
3. no obscene language though

Those who don't know him, i respect your opinions but please do NOT post them and thanks in advance everyone.

Why did me and my sister come out with brown eyes? I wish I had green eyes like my dad. I hear that your eye color can change over time, is this true? Do you think I will possibly ever had green/hazel eyes?

"A beaker of water and a brass cylinder are placed side by side on the pan of a balance and weighed (the cylinder is next to the beaker, not in it). The brass cylinder is then placed in the water and it rests on the bottom of the beaker. Does the balance read different in this case? Explain your answer, and show that it is agreement with Newton's 3rd law of motion (equal and opposite forces)."

Thanks for any help!

Three ageing men are discussing the woes of getting old. The 60 year old says:

"Sixty's bad. You know, I just can't pee when I want to at all."

The 70 year old gives a magnificent snort of disdain.

"Sixty? That's nothing. Wait till your seventy and you can't shift your bowels at all. You eat prunes, take laxatives, mountains of bran - nothing. Sit there all morning , I don't know."

"What's it like for you then - you're eighty past?" asks one of the older gent who has said nothing so far.

"I pee every morning at eight and shift my bowels at nine regular."

"Well" said the other one, "that's good to hear, at least you have no problems"

"Oh I wouldn't say that." says the octogenarian.

"How come?"

"I wake up at ten!"

I am 19yrs old and my husband is 21. We have 5yo twin girls. Yes this does mean I got prenant at 13 and delivered at 14. We were really stupid and thought that I couldn't get pregnant that young. Anyway, when I was 16, I had a little boy. As soon as I turned 18, my boyfriend and I got married. We both work and fully support ourselves and our kids. We're not rich by any means but we get by. My kids are happy and healthy. The girls just started kindegarten and are doing fine. But my family, especially my grandparents, still think I should give all three of my kids up for adoption because we're too young for kids that age and they'll grow up with problems. My husband and I think that they're wrong & our kids are fine. Do you think I should give my kids up for adoption? Will they grow up all right even though we're really young? It would kill me to lose them, but I don't want to keep them if it will end up hurting them in the long run. Help me please.

I just wonder what most of us think about that...

We are approximately 40 regular turkish users + about 10 foreign friends of Turks + more than 200 users who appear from time to time (not to mention the persons who just come and go once only ).
Most of us know some other users, and we even built some friendship relations.
We have some people who live abroad ( UK, France, Australia, Kuweit,USA, Canada, etc ) and we have people who are in homeland Turkey too.
We have teachers,students, entrepreneurs,employees,etc...
We have people who sometimes don't share some political views ( even if we all love our country and our nation ).

I just wonder...

What's your opinion about it?..

Thank you in advance..

Edit : Well, I think that's a good and serious question, so please give serious answers ( no trolls allowed )

This question is for those of any religion who believe in the survival of the soul after death. We know that memory can be destroyed through physical damage to the brain. We also know that who you are (personality, emotional self, moral sense) can be altered through damage or chemical changes. Therefore, what is it of whatever makes you into 'you' do you believe survives the physical death of the body?
