There are things I like about teaching like passing on knowledge, continually learning, that feeling of accomplishment I get when a kid is actually inspired to learn or gets it, summers off, sick days and insurance. But here is what I hate... the kids that make life a living hell in the classroom who act up and don't want to learn, the administration that is packs on a work load like you wouldn't believe, the lousy pay I earn and the overtime I am forced to put in and never receive compensation for 10-15 hour days plus weekends( yes people teachers take their work home and spend hours planning), The money out of my own pocket that I spend to to have supplies for my classroom, being so unappreciated! Did I mention I have been cussed out by students or yelled at several times, did I mention I have had students steal a camera from me and steal forms off my desk cause they think I will be too lazy not to get another and write them up for poor behavior,

Hmm. Before, I used to urinate 2 times a day. For the past week, I now urinate 4-5 times (almost every 4 horus) a day even though I still drink almost the same amout of fluids. Is this normal?

Given normal days and conditions, I don't feel fatigue though. I also don't wake up during the night just to pee. I can sleep well. It's the urinating thing that got me worried though. =(

About three months ago, I had my blood sugar tested and thankfully, the result was quite normal. My dad has diabetes but it's an ACQUIRED diabetes (after I was born).

What do you think guys? Thanks. :)

I habe tried everything I can think of, but he is a brat. He has a losey temper, lies, steals, the whole 9 yards. Its been getting worse over the past couple years (hormones?) He's been in councling, they say he's fine. I've tried reward systems, extra chores if he's bad, grounding, corpral punishment, taking away his belongings- I even took his whole bedroom away once!!

If anyone can advise me I would appreciate it

Members of the LDS faith start your answer by LDS and the rest of you out there.. Christian or not just type non-LDS..
I've been living in mormonville (Provo, UT) for about two years now and I have been amazed by these peoples.. for mormons describe how you still beleive in your faith despite of the following points.. for non-members of the LDS church, give me a reasonable explanation how such a religion could still exist after 200 years despite of these points

1)The book of Mormon (a second bible to the mormons) is based on some golden plates that ONLY joseph smith saw and surprisingly nobody else was able to find them till today!
2)Utah was granted statehood only after it agreed to stop polygamy in the ranks of the church. God told the prophet then that it's ok to stop polygamy
3)God told the prophet to impose tithing right around the great depression
4) priesthood was given to blacks right after the civil rights movement..

co-incidence.. at least i don't think so.. what do u think

Because it is crystal clear to me that you have invented this idea of selflessness to protect yourself from the actual -- your selfishness. In any case, whether you believe in selflessness or not, you remain at all times selfish. Your so-called selflessness exists only in the future, tomorrow. And when tomorrow comes, it is put off until the next day, or perhaps next life.
Look at it this way; it is like the horizon. Actually, there is no horizon. The more you move towards the horizon, the more it moves away. It is only the limitations of the eyes that creates the horizon. But there is no such thing as the horizon. Likewise, there is no such thing as selflessness at all. Man has tortured himself for generations with this idea of selflessness, and it has only afforded a living for those who sell the idea of selflessness for a living, like the priests and moralists.
I am not condemning anyone else, just pointing out the absurdity of what we are doing.
