I know I am being an idiot, but can you please help me. I can't figure out how to resize a single layer. The whole canvas keeps resizing - the background and all the other layers. I have tried unlinking them & using the image resize. Please assume I know nothing when giving me your advice

I went to an electronics store and the cashier forgot to ring up a $200 item. However, this item was not the most expensive thing that I bought... I ended up buying $1,000 worth of other stuff with the credit card. (Darn black friday!) Should I drive back and have the cashier ring it up?

My brother is way (and I mean way) old enough to move out. He has Autism since an early age and many social workers come visit him. He can do things for himself, but his behaviour is rather strange. However he is always denying himself that he has a mental problem and then laughs like a lunatic afterwards.
Anyway. Can the season affect his behaviour? It seems to be around winter that his behaviour goes over the top. He will not talk to you, and if he does, he talks in an angry tone. He goes REALLY crazy after an injection. He repeatedly listen to children music. He blames everything to his parents for not buying him books to learn (???) when really he has learning difficulties. Now he says he will cancel the internet (my parents can't pay), every year he says this & he says he wants to save electricity bills & starts turning every plug off! When he is in a good mood, he would always pat me almost everywhere nonstop. Both sides annoys me!

Can anything be done to control him?

Is there a way to tell in advance which goalie is starting for a particular game? I'm not talking like days in advance... but is there a way to tell on gameday which goalie for a team is starting their game that evening? I know you can look at trends and who has played recently and if they played last night... all that kind of stuff, but are lineups or anything like that posted online somewhere? just as an example, can i find out is Huet or Price is starting for the Canadiens tonight?

I am running HDMI cable from A/V cabinet to TV and speaker wire to 7 speakers from A/V cabinet. I want the most professional look I can get DIY without going into walls or under carpet. I found one set of Phillips wire tubing but it was only 1/2 inch and not big enough for HDMI cables to run through?
What cost effective wire management systems are available to pull this off without too much hard work. Please give me brand or product names and/or links/websites/stores so I can get my hands on recommended system. Thanks alot

Well I have been feeling kind of weird lately, I have had backaches, I have been like extremely tired and exhausted, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night like sweating to death and it is winter sooo kinda odd... also I am late with my period and I thought I was gonna get it because I have been having cramps but it hasn't come... I also have been really moody and grumpy.... but I don't know if it is too early and if a test would even show up yet.. so I was just asking opinions on whether or not these are symptoms or they could be from sumthin else.

we've been really skint we've been getting hassled by tv licencing guy, he came round last week and my boyfriend answered, he said we were in process of getting one set up although we havent. he managed to get rid of him, but he came round 2night at 8.30pm and he scared me cos he wouldnt go away he rang about 20 times and knocked the door, was looking in our house, i didnt know whothe hell he was until my boyf said.

its pitch black and theres a black guy standing outside my house, i aint opening the door to anyone let alone him!
he left a note saying phone this number to avoid a fine. should i tonight set up one on the internet, would he be able to tell id set up one exactly tonight?

please advice. i like alot of other ppl totally disagree with paying for watching channels its out tv, we bought it, its the most stupid stupid stupid law ever! the reason i havent paid is i cannot afford it. but obviously idont want fined. if i were to leave it would they b able2 fine is thru post?

1 of my favorite dishes is penne ala vodka
the alcohol is supposed to cook off in the cooking process
but my baby gets sooooo happy&excited when she eats this
