Me and my fiance wants to buy a home in the $300,00's or so and I was thinking about buying a nice presentable home and just adding to it. Will it be cheaper than just building a house from scratch? I might want to add extra bedrooms or an office or exercise room or something like that. Would that be cheaper or should I just build a home with everything included? I am looking to move to Ocala or stay more in the central area in florida. What do you suggest? Thank you

I have a 2 year old puggle. My boyfriend has a pomchi (pomeranian/chihuaua) that is about to turn 2. I started bringing my dog around slowly and they seemed to get along. Now that my dog is here all the time, my boyfriends dog constantly bullies him by biting his legs and jumping on him. This causes them to wrestle around and fight. My dog thinks he is playing so they aren't hurting each other, but it is annoying and Im afraid they could hurt each other because my dog is way bigger than my boyfriends pup. What is a good way to train my boyfriends dog to stop biting my dog because smacking him and yelling hasn't worked and I don't know what else to do?

I took my orange tabby to the vet and he was diagnosed with a heart murmur level 3. I have to take him back in a month right now hes only 10 months. anyone have experience with a level 3 murmur or a murmur at all. I dont want to lose my new baby:)

In the process of getting my water mains renewed into the property. Going from lead to plastic & my plumber has suggested using 25mm (18mm Internal bore) from the external stopcock to inside the property. Some people have suggested that i use a 32mm (25mm internal bore) pipe as we wan to get a megaflow in the future.

It will service two bathrooms & maybe a downstairs shower room. My plumber has told me that 32mm is over kill while other people are saying that thew 32mm is the one to go for as the costs difference is minimal & i should look to get maximum flow rate.

Believe that the current pressure is under 2 bar & current flow rate is around 9ltr per minute.

Please help as the work starts next week

It's about a young girl who finds out that she is the last Air Wizard and she and her three new friends (who are also wizards) head out to Aria which is a mythical land and the only way there is guarded by the young fire wizard in their group. Once they are there they have to battle the evil Cedis and gather together her followers so they can elliminate the evil from Aria once and for all. The girl learns about her past and how God gave the powers to four wizards etc.

Im 16 and not in school, I would be a junior. I haven`t been in school since last school year. I dont even get how I passed last year, I was basically failing the entire year. At the end of the year I somehow managed to pass. The only class I did good in was English maybe because I like writing, I want to go back to school but im just stuck and I think I will just fail anyway.
