I need to know the artist of this painting that was given to me. All I know is that it was purchased somewhere in Europe probably 20 or so years ago. I have attached two links to pictures of the painting and the signature any and all help is greatly appreciated.

It's A christmas party I am planning..
for 11-13 year olds in 6th-7th grade.

A police officer pulls over a speeding car. The officer says, "I clocked you at 80 mile per hour, sir."
The driver says, "Gee, officer, I had it on cruise control at 60, perhaps your radar needs calibrating."
Not looking up from her knitting the wife says sweetly from the passenger seat, "Now don't be silly, dear, you know that this car doesn't have cruise control."
As the officer writes out the ticket, the driver looks over at his wife and growls, "Can't you keep your mouth shut for once?"
The wife smiles demurely and says, " You should be thankful your radar detector went off when it did."
As the officer makes out the second ticket for the illegal radar detector unit, the man glowers at his wife and says through clenched teeth, "Darn it, woman, can't you keep your mouth shut."
The officer frowns and says, "And I notice that you're not wearing your seat belt, sir. That's an automatic $75 fine."
The driver says, "Yeah, well, you see officer, I had it on, but took it off when you pulled me over so that I could get my license out of my back pocket."
The wife says," Now, dear, you know very well that you didn't have your seat belt on. You never wear your seat belt when you're driving."
And as the police officer is writing out the third ticket the driver turns to his wife and barks, "WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT UP??"
The officer looks over at the woman and asks, "Does your husband always talk to you this way, Ma'am?"
"Oh, heavens no, officer. Only when he's been drinking."

I dreamed; saw myself walk down a hall. Walked by a closed door to my left, a 2nd door open, I walked in. It was a long room, 2 bedrooms without a partition. The end I walked into was empty. I walked back to the left; noticed a room divider. All the furnishings were neat and everything was in place, although a bookshelf was needed to store books, papers, etc. stacked neatly on the carpet. The bed was neatly made up with out of style bed/s but still neat, I saw the cosed door I'd walked past in the hall. That's when I saw my older son; I was so startled/surprised. Disbelief... Was expecting to see my younger son. Shocked, I spoke his name...Al! I didn't know you were here! He was preoccupied with arranging the room, putting things in place. He appeared content; matter of fact pleased, intent on what he's doing. Then he asked a question about organizing stuff. I didn't think he needed any help whatsoever. I was totally not expecting to see him; amazed. ?? Help. I miss him so much.

about this guy she was going to start to date, i was so happy, we are so close and tell each other everything but when i found out that she didnt tell me i got upset and she finally did today, anyways he is so gorgous( she knows how to pick um') but now my dad is jealous. My mom was suppose to marry my da when they found out my mom was pregnant at the age of 16 but she declinded and ran away. now they still talk and all, but he gets jealous when another guy is with my mom( which is normal). the problem is my mom invited me to see a movie with her and Mark but my dad suggested i shouldnt and that i should go to his house and stay the night and get to know my step-sister( whom after mom had me, the other woman carly left my dad to go to hawaii when she found out her grandmother is sick and she never came back.)

i dont want to hurt his feelings but says no, but i really want to get to know mark and hang out iwth my mom

Is there are word in the English language to refer to the act of making confidences / confiding secrets?

I'm looking for a noun.

I consulted the Fourth Edition of the American Heritage dictionary of the English Language, and the word "confidence" used in this sense, seems refers to the information (which is confided), not to the act itself.


Please help. I'm trying to translate a couple of paragraphs from a book written in Spanish, to post in a forum.
This is the sentence I'm trying to translate: "el vino lo impulsa a la CONFIDENCIA".

Okay, so I've been friends with this girl for a long time, and I'm seriously getting kind of creeped out by her. I'm starting to think that she has a crush on me, which is not good because I'm NOT interested in having that type of relationship with her AT ALL. She likes to touch me a lot, like ALL of the time she wants to hug me, even when I don't want it. It happens at random times, she'll say, "Katia, you need a hug, let me hug you" at first I thought it was sweet but now it's getting weird. She also invited me for a sleepover. I didn't want to go, because I was scared that she'd... do something to me. And she did. We were sleeping in the same bed and she kept coming closer to me and hugging me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I confronted her the next day about it, and she said she had no idea what I was talking about. She looked a bit embarrassed.
So my question is, am I acting uncomfortable for no reason? WHAT should I do? I feel so weird around her.

My husband is disabled. I am 34 yrs old and I am exhausted. Mentally and physically. Though I don't feel depressed. Just I know that I have to do everything. For better or for worse I still believe in it. There has to be some kind of help out there and I tell you I have looked, just none give me the answers and I am missing out on my so many things. It makes me guilty because he can't do them and its not fair for me too. I really take this to heart. I love him so much. Perhaps I smother him and thats why he is mean and says hurtful things. Often it feels like he takes advantage of me and throws a fit over things he can't control. It hurts all the way around.

I have some problems about pascal programing, i know it's a old language, but in my country we re using it in schools, i got 4 exercises. And i really don't know how to reslove it.

1.Write a program in turbo pascal in which u must enter a string and after that the program must every character write in a new line.

Example, input: TURBO

2.Write a program who will enter a natural number N and a array of N natural numbers and a natural number A.The program must create and print out a new array who is consisting only with elements which are inputed by the array who are smaller then A.

if you saw my other question then you know half the reason why. She's so friggen annoying!She always puts other people down,and i can tell it's cause she's insecure. When there's hot guys around,she constantly says things like"WOW, your an idiot"after every sentence i say. And she says it LOUD on purpose. Then on her myspace she put that she loves CLASSIC ROCK when she doesnt! and her about me section is basically identical to mine.I told her that I loved classic rock about a week before that.She likes TECHNO and this singer named BECK. shes such a COPYCAT it's not even funny.evertime i talk to some she says "he's ugly" or when we look through magzines and we look the teen models such as the ones in SEVENTEEN, she points and says things like "EW look at that fat B****, how is SHEa model?"She's so immature! i guess i grew up and she didn't? but anyways, i cant and wont talk to her cause i tried and cause of that we didnt talk all summer. Is there anything else i could do?
