It's possible but it depends on the laws there in Illinois as well as if one is trying to get disability thru Social Security. I would recommend checking with the State's Medicaid office as well to see what they say.

It is very hard to qualify for medicade. You don't have any children. You would have to try to qualify under the financial aspect of it. A number of doctors/pharmacies do not accept medicade anymore.
