ok my mom has a house under her name that she is renting to some family members..the rent is really high like over $4000 a month, not including bills, now the people there cant afford to pay it bc its so high and to make things worse, the property price lowered, so they lost money

so if my mom doesnt pay or the other people dont pay , the house is lost and her credit goes back to zero..is there anything she could do to keep it?

I have over 13 years experience as an Instrutional Aide, Tutor Substitute Teacher, and a couple non-profit agencies. I have majored in Criminal Justice, Child Development and Special Education. For my credential, I passed all the coursework and required tests. But due to unfavorable circumstances beyond my control, I didn't get my student teaching requirement. So, I have no credential. I have applied for non-teaching and classified positions, but to no avail. I have been in Education for so long and that is what my resume shows. I have even tried other fields like management, student services, career placement, social services etc., To no avail. I do not have the right Degree or specific experience that requires. For now, I am going back to Subsitute Teaching and getting my Child Care permit. People say to follow my heart. That is in teaching, but I do not know how to go about it at this point. Can I qualify for an county internship or teach at a different type of school? Please help.

this guy asked me out and i said ok but then he told me he wants to have sex with me. And I told him i would like to stay until i get married to have sex. I misscarred our baby on 10-28-06, my husband left for Brazil (work sent him) 7 days after I had surgery. My son who was 6 months at the time was what i focused on and I never really delt with the loss. Now with it being over a year later I don't feel like crying helps. My husband never really showed any emotion about the loss. When i try to talk to him about the way i feel, he changes the subject (he is REALLY good at this.) and i would just like to know how to really get him to talk to me about this.
He Never saw the heart beat, He wasn't the one who was carrying the child. he just acts as if it never happend and Doesn't want me to "honor"my baby's life around 10-28. he says he dosnt see the point. "What's in the past, is in the past"

for my older nephews who are aged 20 and upwards and are big kids I am giving them a boring gift first - socks then later soaker guns

I just got contacts today and I can easily put them in my eye and take them out. But the optometrist told me to make sure I don't put them on backwards and the way to know that they're not backwards is to put them on your fingertips and the contact will form a perfect bowl shape, and that's what I did but then I turned it around and it still made a perfect bowl shape so how can I be 100% sure that I'm not putting them on backwards?

So basically, I'm 15 years old (meaning yes, I still have a year or two before I really need to even START to worry/think about this) and I have no idea what I want to do in my life at all. It seems like I completely fail at everything I love to do in one way or another. I don't want to get stuck doing some stupid meaningless job that I hate. All I know is that I want to make a difference one way or another and being a clerk at some store isn't going to get me that. I know that we all make a difference somehow but I want to make a difference doing something I love to do.

I love to write, happen to suck at that.

I love to dance, (the only thing I'm good at or used to be good at) I've had a problem with my weight for a while and frankly, I don't see how that would work out.
Okay so I'm running out of characters but basically. I suck at everything I love or there's something holding me back that is almost impossible to overcome. What do I do? I can't live my life doing something I hate

All my hair fell out from chemotherapy, but Im finishing treatment soon so my hair will be growing back in !

I wear a wig now. But, when my hair starts to grow back in, im not going to want to wear it that short ( atleast 4 inches long), wich is going to take a long time to growout. Is there a type of extension or weave ( i really have no idea what that is) that could make my really short hair longer. Like past shoulder length ?

I am 8wks pregnant. I work in hospital so had one of my dr's put in an order for a HCG test for me. On 28 oct my levels were 4488. than today I did another just to see and it was only 5522. I did a ultrasound last monday and saw a HB, fetal pole and yalk sac. The dr's didn't say anything looked wrong, but I do have another US tomorrow. Has anyone else ever had low HCG levels like this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy?
