I think they should.

Maximum term should be 3 years.
The 2nd contract they sign should be no sooner than say, 8 games into the season.
(This would prevent a loop hole in which players sign a smaller contract then re-sign a week later for the big bucks)
I think this would minimize team's financial losses, if they drafted a lemon, then their losses would be around 30 million (3 yrs) instead of 60 million (6 yrs). I would think guarantee monies would also drop to below 15 million with a shorter contract, instead of 25+ million.

What would you suggest?
What do u think of my plan?
What changes would you make? (if any)

But there was a story made up about the fictional legendary hero Sun God Jesus who said, "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's..."

But there is no historic mention of Jesus anywhere?

Jesus, the myth, turned water into wine, raised the dead, fed thousands with scraps, died on a cross and the dead saints rose from the grave after a big earthquake and a black sky and walked among the people and the Bible says that the fame of Him spread throughout the known world... yet...

in History - nothing. There should be tons of historical references to these amazing earth shattering things if they were true. It's no wonder that the first century Christians and Paul only spoke of "Christ" as only a spiritual philosophy and not an actual person!

When did the Catholics decide to personify Christ? and why?

Why do people blindly claim to "know" this myth? Is it just simple self-delusion? You know, wishful thinking?

Do facts matter anymore?

Would you stay in a relationship where you came home after a hard days work, found out that your husband had...sure, spent the day with the kids...but spent most of it sitting in front of the computer, on the phone or sleeping. That when you came home...there is a mess of dishes in the sink, the kids havent eaten yet...and that your husband had yet again spent most of the paycheck you have given him on thing he didnt need. Add that fact that you havent been intimate with him in almost 6 months because he just didnt feel it was important...yet was all your fault.
Let me ask you....how many of YOU would have a problem with that? How many of you would start to feel selfish because you want more? How many of you would start daydreaming of what its like to be in a working relationship?
How many of you would think about what life is lik on the other side of the fence?

My husband and I have been married for a year and a half and we have a 3 year old son and a new baby due in January. He has another son who is 5 from a previous relationship. His mother and him are coming back for a few days and we are having a birthday party for him. The ex told my husband that when she is back she wants to talk with him for an hour or two but it has to be alone. I am really upset with this and I told my husband that I don't agree with this happening and now he is mad at me. What should I do??? Am I wrong for thinking this way??? Please help me!

I live among and around many people from Mexico. I've never asked them if they were legal or not. I simply know that they work extremely hard. I've seen them have babies and pay the hospitals in cash. I watch their children grow and their parents sacrifice, working day and night to ensure their children's future. They are workers of every sort and merchants to each other. Most of us wouldn't buy the goods they sell in their little markets. I also grew up with them on the border and saw exactly the same thing. I've worked along side them from dawn till dusk and defended our freedom and theirs in service to our country. We all came from somewhere else.
Question:
Would you not agree that from an economic standpoint we'd be better suited to quit farming out our jobs to foriegn countries than to block the Mexicans from entering ours? Would you not agree its a much more productive use of our resources?

What would you expect from these horses?
A green horse? An intermediate horse? And a finished horse? Discipline makes no difference. Can be English, Western, Polo, Dressage, Racing, Barrels, Poles, Roping, Everyday Riding, Trail Horse, etc. If you were taking a horse from “start to finish”, how much time would you estimate spending on this project? Method used is not at issue. My question is directed towards how you would expect a horse to advance thru training levels (bits used at each level, length of work sessions, what is accomplished to advance to next level, etc.) to reach the desired goal. Reason for this question? I see a lot of this on Answers. “My horse is 9, I have been training him for 7 years, want to show, but I can’t because he has never been ridden in anything but a snaffle and he will not take a lead, collect himself, or backup, and I have a week to teach him this”.

they want peace and harmony without fighting but if they really think about it if we leave iraq don't they know there will be a civil war bigger than we are in now.. also more people will die. the right is really is trying to do this without more harm. also the surge is working (no news is good news and i haven't heard any in the last two weeks) look what is going on in pakistan and durfar ware not in the countries and those people are suffering because of their government and other issues like iraq from before the war

what do you think?

I posted a question a few weeks ago and only got one answer and it didn't really help. I need to download The Rosetta Stone, the Spain Spanish version, Level's 1, 2 and possibly 3.
It would help if someone provided step-by-step instructions on how to download them. Thank you.

To wipe out meat across the world? Or to just stop the cruel ways they kill animals (which I can understand)?

Because if you're trying to wipe out all meat... it's not going to happen. They need beef cows and fish and poultry for the pet food industry. And they also use it in zoos to feed large carnivores.

Don't get me wrong, I'm totally against factory farms for meat and dairy. Which is why I pay more to eat an organic diet.

Don't tell me I'm an animal hater please, I love them. I was a vegetarian for about three months, and I consulted a nutritionist and ate all the things I was supposed to be eating to get my vitamins. But the scale kept on tipping down... I went to my doctor. He told me that with my blood type ('O') that it would be healthier for me to eat meat. Many people with 'O' type blood need to eat meat to stay healthy, he said.
