I want to set up an S corp where I am 49% owner, my wife is 51%. We will therefore be a minority corp which is an advantage for us. She does not work so the question is can I take any losses on the S corp and apply exclusively to my earnings (I have another job) ?

How is it morally sound to obligate a country in a war that is detrimental to our country?
We're wasting money on a war that could be spend to educate and preserve well-being to our citizens.
We're damaging our reputation in the international community that is effecting any potential future endeavors or trade.

Fort Collins is a great place to live, employment up, schools are great, real estate same, people friendly and weather great. Just don't know if I should just up and go and then worry about a job later which should be no problem. Denver and Boulder are nearby. Please advise, thanks!!

i am really dressed up and last night i asked him what he wanted to see me in since we haven't had time alone in 2 months he started get offensive and he said that i was trying to make him tell me what to wear and the truth is i just wanted to know what he wanted to see me in.
