I used to have a 401 K through the company I worked for before and turned it into a rollover IRA when I left. I am 22 and would like to know what percentage of my paycheck would be ideal to deposit into my rollover IRA account. The company that I work for does not offer a 401K or matching.

I am just doomed to be alone or have nothing but bad relationships? Seems like all my relationships turn out bad. Not many guys seems to want me, the ones that do use me, I run from the nice ones, but want them once its too late. Does this have anything to do with when I was born?

after trying to write this essay about him, i can't stop thinking about him. can i ever stop thinking about him? probably not.

in 2006 my best friend overdosed. he had an extremely hard time, at home and at school, i dont blame him for what he did. a little over a month later, we left zimbabwe. my new friends know about him, but they dont really know what to say, or how hard it is.

i havent really come to terms with his death yet. and i was wondering how long it normally takes, or how long it took you, if someone close to you has passed away?

I asked a question about Satan vs Lucifer... and my first response was an extremely dirty joke involving a boy munching on his granny's genitalia.

Then I go over to a question about Adam and Eve or Evolution... and the first response is, I quote:

i have never joined a gym,
what Gym eg LA Fitness,Virgin Active,David Lloyd etc is worth joining?!iim quite slim,toned,play loads football,very active,but struggle to put on weight,due to fast metabolism,
soo is it worth joining gym to beef up?!
i knw after 5pm is normally packed,thats only time i can go..and weekends..
any useful advice & help welcome..

last night on Monday night Raw 2 of my fave Divas kick butt. Frist Maria, She impressed me so much. you can really tell she has improved alot. Ok so she did not win but she did fight Beth really good. I think she has proved that she is no longer a jobber. I am so Happy 4 her.

i have just bought some 12" subs and boxes but the subs stick out less than half an inch my friend said just sand down the back of the box a little bit so they fit.....my question is can i just put some foam or something around the gap so i dont have to sand it down?

Oh my gosh, lately I mean for the past four months my son has been extremely terrible he screams over every little thing as loud as he can several times a day (he's nineteen months old) and it drives me nuts doesn't matter where we are or how I try to explain things to him he still does it. For example, we went to a store today and I took away a jar of olives from him for obvious reasons as we were checking out and he screamed and carried on all the way out to the car. Then once we reached the car he screamed because he had to go back into his car seat (which he hates but what can I do). We get home and he screams and screams when I tell him no, take things he don't need even if I explain why, try and change his diaper (he pooped like three times), and it seems to be getting worse. I try so hard to ignore it, but at what point does it become enough. I'm at my ropes end, and can't help but think if I did that growing up nineteen months old or not I would of gotten smacked. Advice?

I wanted or still wanting to go into ministry, therefore, I've been searching for jobs for a while. However, it was hard to find. i've been searching for a job, hoping that I would find one soon. However, getting a job was really hard. Ministry training is in January..seasonal job or temp job is hard to find. If I dont do the training that I want to, I would not have another chance since opportunity to become a ministry staff only come like once after graduating. therefore, right now I am thinking about self supporting for ministry. However, some of the adult are telling me to get out my comfort zone & work. does that what God want me to do? give up cuz my prayers are not being answered finacially right now ? some of people are telling me to have faith & start support raising. at the same time I dont want to depend on parents all the time.. faith is something unseen so would you support raise when you dont have money or would you work just give up the training? What is God's will?

I am 19 and live at home while going to school. I met a guy stationed at Ft. Benning, his parents live like 30 miles from me in Alabama. He wore a tan beret, Does that mean he's a Army Ranger? If so what do Rangers do? I really like this guy and he didn't want to talk about the war much so I never really asked.

Met a great guy 3 wks ago. Great vibe. Had first date 11 days ago. So fun! Met for drinks after work. That led to dinner then dessert at another restaurant. Easy conversation, lots of flirting, laughing & fun. The evening ended the next morning waking up late at his place. Great chemistry. Lots of snuggling in the morning. 9 days ago, I sent friendly email just saying hello. He responded quickly, & we bantered back & forth through Tuesday, during which we talked about our first date & he made references to a "next time". Then no contact for 3 days. On Friday I invited him to join me for a movie on Sunday afternoon. He responded quickly thanking me for the invite, that sounds like fun, I'll call on Saturday if I can make it, I've had the flu since Tues. He never called. No contact since then. Who should make the next move at this point?

My baby is turning on next month and I am so stuck I don't know what to do. I wanted to do Chuck E Cheese but he won't be able to do anything, then I was thinking of birthday party with a clown, and pinata but his cousin who is a month older has already did that, then I was thinking of McDonalds but the last McDonalds Play land I went to had a bad smell, I don't know what to do.
