I am seeing this girl... seen her about 5 times now but have not kissed yet.

On December i have a christmas party to attend about 3hrs drive north from me. I am able to bring someone, obviously a date to accompany me. Its a suited and booted occasion. I have a hotel booked at a very nice place and it is for a couple to stay in.

It is in 1months time but I have to let my company know if i will be bringing someone with me.

Should i ask this girl? I dont want it to look like a sleezy weekend because im so far from being that kind of guy. I would be so happy for her to be with me when i meet the staff i have not met yet as im a remote engineer 3hrs away. So i only speak to them.

Invite her, or dont invite her?

A ball rolls with a constant velocity across a tabletop 0.950m high. It rolls off and hits the ground 0.352m horizontally from the edge of the table. How fast was the ball rolling when it left the table?

If the WORLD establishes an exact spot and an exact date and time, it does not matter what time but I would assume a date near the current date would make the most sense. This date and time is known world wide and it is the set place and time a person from the future must arrive to prove that time travel into the past was achieved. If said person does not show then we know the entire race was destroyed before we advanced far enough or we did not achieve time travel into the past, ever.

I don't know what they mean by 'height' here. I think they mean the tank is lying on its side, so 2 ft would be the diameter of each hemisphere, and the diameter of the cylinder.

That makes the radius 1 ft.
a sphere with a radius of 1 foot.

Volume of a cylinder = 3.14 x r^2 x height
=3.14 x radius x radius x height

Volume of a sphere = 4/3 x 3.14 x radius^3
= 4/3x 3.14 x radius x radius x radius

Volume of a hemisphere =4/3 x 3.14 x radius x radius x radius x 1 /2

2 Hemispheres makes one sphere
Volume of composite solid=Volume of a cylinder + Volume of a sphere

(3.14 x 1 x1 x 6 ) + (4/3 x 3.14 x 1 x 1 x 1) =
18.84 + 4.18666666 =23.02666666
Round answer to nearest cubic foot? answer is 23
volume of cylinder is 3.14x1x1x6=18.84 or 3.14x1x1x4 = 12.56?

last year when i did outdoor track i got really bad shin splints and it lasted for about 2 months. I am a key sprinter for my team and i am worried that I might get shin splints again for indoor track. Indoor track starts next week for me and i was wondering if there are any exercises i could start to do so I wont get shin splints.
