It's not good on a regular basis, and certainly not as a large portion of her diet. But if the puppy occasionally sneaks one past the cat, it's not going to hurt her.
That said - cat treats are designed for cats, who require higher levels of protein and a variety of other nutrients that dogs don't need, and being treats, they have a lot of fat and calories in them (which is why the cat shouldn't be getting too many of them either.) If you give her too many, she could get sick and fat.

On a regular basis, no. The nutritional needs are different between the two animals.
Remember that you have a puppy... a cat treat given to an adult dog of, say 75 pounds is a much smaller percentage of total intake than that given to a puppy. Since your puppy's body is rapidly growing, it is critical that he receive a balanced diet.
Skip the cat treats for now and give him puppy treats... he'll be better off in the long run.

A little bit won't hurt the pup but I wouldn't continue to feed them to him. Cat treats are designed to be healthy for cats which have different nutritional needs and different digestive processes than dogs. If you look you'll find dog treats he'll enjoy equally as well.

It is very bad to give a dog any kind of cat food. They need different nutrients ( believe cat food is too high in protein for dogs, but don't hold me to that one). Buy them their own treats or you will have sick animals!

cat food is made for cats, not dogs. These two different species can tolerate different things. Cat food could contain ingredients that wouldn't "agree" with your dog. I would refrain from feeding your dog any cat related food, but you should really ask your vet's advice.

They're fattier than dog treats (that's why he likes them so much!) and over time can cause him to gain excess weight.
