Plenty of time for all the other "data mining" later. First, just show that your happy for her. Then have the "of course, I really want you to stay." after you let her know that you support her. I would never use the "with who" option too soon. Screams lack of trust.

I'm not the jealous type, and I know that my g/f wouldn't cheat on me...If she does I'll likely fnd out w.o having to pursue it anyways....I like it when people trust me and don't like interrogate me, so I do the same for others :)

B because thats more important. If you know shes going with some dude you know gonna try flirtin or some girl thats dikin you can stop it. when is not as important (unless shes going out around 1 am or some ****)
