Rather than giving exact species I went kinda broad, if you have questions ask. Also keep in mind that many of the species are in trouble because they are lucky to have one birth a year per mature female. Mortality rate can be extremely high for some of these (panda, tiger, etc) due to poor health due to lack of food, living conditions (no safe place to hide young from predators) or human issues such as disease, illegal wildlife trade, etc..
-Elephants: poaching, loss of habitat, bushmeat
-Rhinos: poaching, bushmeat and loss of habitat
-Most cats (tiger, cheetah, amur and snow leopard, etc): poaching and loss of habitat and game
-Most primates: loss of habitat, bushmeat crisis, disease (gorillas are a good disease example)
-Sharks and other fish: poaching, poor regulations on leagl fishing, bi-catch
-Whales: poor regulations on legal hunting and poaching
-Canines (wolf, wild dog, etc): poaching, loss of habitat, killed due to livestock issues/worries
-Giant Panda: loss of habitat
-Polar Bear: loss of habitat
I could go on but that is a good start. Nine times out of ten you will find that the problem for endangered species is due to over hunting (both legal and illegal) and loss of habitat.

Arakan Forest Turtle- I dont know possibly the same as above
Blue whale- hunting
Snow Leopard- hunting
African wild dog- hunting
Giant Panda- hunting

To sum it up almost every single animal that is endangered or extinct is because of humans
