so my so called best friend....who uses everyone......well its been 2 years and she owes me...and alot of people money....

long story boring, she owes me 1100 for a plane ticket purchased for her on my credit card, switched itenarary and paid another 300$, had to move out of our apt she owed the landlord money, and he kept my security 1000 because of it....she still owes him another 1000 (2 year later) and I gave her 300 cash when she needed it...

now she is making money, has perfect boyfriend and I could use the extra cash....she has yet to pay me a penny so i finally asked her to slowly help me out and pay me back but she is avoiding the situtaition. I hope i dont have to take her to small claims court but she owes me around $2600 and if i dont take action i will never get it. What proof do i need to get take her to court? or is it alot word of mouth?? not sure what documents i still have to this day..

I am getting it for my wife, who is studying photography. I am getting two lenses, but I really am confused which are better. Is a Nikon 18-55 mm lense better than a 18-135 mm? And is a Tamron 70-300 mm lense better than a Nikon 70-300 mm lense? I was told that for the first lense, the 18-55 mm lense was faster than the 135 mm. For the later, I was told that the Tamron had auto capabilities, and the Nikon 70-300 only had manual adjustments. Does this sound right? Thanks for any advice.

"The Bible says that soon God will make a change and that there will be no more suffering or death (Rev. 21:4)."

The bible was written so long ago, and yet people still say that SOON god will make a change. Soon is relative, especially when it was written so long ago. If this 'soon' has not come yet, then I would be inclined to say that god can see the whole of time. Therefore he knows that even the present now is 'soon', compared with the end of existence. This being the case, 'soon' could take hundreds, thousands, millions of years more.

This is purely theoretical. I don't actually believe it, but it is something that makes you think.

Do I need both a 2-20 and a 4-40 or just one or the other. I plan on working with Allstate Insurance (My agent/friend owns her own Allstate agency). I didn't want to ask her, but how are agents paid... Salary, Commission or Both? I know there are salaried positions and it begs the question: Who actually pays the agent's salary.. Is it the Agency owner or is it the Corporation (Allstate) by means of an alloted budget/benefit towards the agency owner. I don't think she is independent, if that helps.

i honestly think that I forgot how to pray normally i do a holy father and a hail marie and then take my Bible...but with school being so intense i dont do that but say a little personal prayer to God...i feel a rift between us so to avoid that i want to "relearn" how to pray again...any advice? obviously I'm a Roman Catholic, any CONSTRUCTIVE and UNBIAS advice will be appreciated, but if you feel like telling me i'm the whore of Babylon or i'm in the wrong faith or find God or whatever, I'll gladly ignore you. thank you in advance.

I have DVDs that I have bought in Australia, these are region 2, 4, or 2/4. I also bought some DVDs from Amazon that are region 1. My DVD ram driver in my Laptop is now fixed on Region 1, and does not operate on my australian DVDs, I have heard there are softwares that reset the driver, what is the software's name and where can I get it?
