What would be your advice to individuals in a country where the police are not trusted because they are said to protect only the wealthy, are involved in political violence and corruption, abuse civilians for no good reason(they are treated inhumanely based on where are from and are hardly convicted if they kill someone without proof that this person had wrong intentions etc.
The police plant guns etc, and convict the innocence. What would be your advice to the people of this country?

I try and let him bark, since I dont want him to get in the habit of thinking we jump to every cry. BUT! My neighbors probably hate us, and I do just want him to shutup sometimes! We tried putting him in the room with us, which works for a while then he is back to screaming and barking. I tried putting ablanket over his crate which wors for a few hours... How can we get him to stay quiet at night in his crate??? (He has toys, a Kong and treats! We always walk him before bedtime) I am so frustrated!!!

I'm seventeen and I've lost faith in my dream. I have always loved film and always believed to have some sort of gift in what I love. I've always desired to become a film director, but see my dream drifting from me. My dad wants me to be a lawyer or politician because I'm good at public speeking, I'm good at debating and I have a love for english. I have found a good degree at UTS that combines the studies of law and media and believe this is my route. However, I lack comittment and believe that 95% UAI is a crazy figure to reach. I know I can get close but still have my doubts. The dilema that I'm facing is the fact that I'm too lazy, too optomistic in my approach to everything I do and "want to be famous". But the more I think about my situation, the more I feel discouraged, and therefore believe the dream of becoming a famous director is not what I want. Please help me.

I dated this guy for a lil over 3 yrs. It was a real ugly break up! Seeing him made me feel like him & I never missed a beat! Yet being wit him last nite I had my guard up totally! I cared about him a great deal and I feel like so much time has passed we've been a part for a lil over a year. Yet last nite all that I wanted to say 2 him prior to us ending he didn't allow me to say or get it off my chest! Lets just say it was both our faults but the communication could've been better with a better ending if he just listened! I feel like a different person now and he even looks different to me but I bought so much out in conversation that I felt I gave too much. Was it a bad power move being in his presence & I don't care how much he said he loved me, I'm sorry I just don't see it or believe it! I feel like he's the type to monitor his heart jus as I am, how do I get pass all that and really put faith and trust in his sincerity? Because prior to breaking up I just didn't feel the love!

No matter what, I always feel a bit guilty when I have to choose a best answer. I try to explain why in comments, and I usually favor the first correct one. Even so, I always put off choosing one. And then it just gets harder b/c there are even more good answers. Alas.
