I have Windows Vista Ultimate and when I connect it will stay connected for about 10-15 Minutes then It will Disconnect and then Ill have to reconnect. My Router Is a Belkin.

Are you using encryption - like WPA or WEP? If you are, see what happens without it. If it works, you need to update the firmaware on the router. (Vista has very current WPA and WPA2 settings so you may just want to try both to see what works best.)

I have found that usually this is a security setting more so than anything else. However, signals can also be lost, which makes keeping connected a problem. If the signal is low, try a different channel (that can also be set on the router). If you find low signals on all channels, get a better antenna for the router, or move closer to it.

Many things can create this so trial and error trouble shooting is the only way to find the issue. It can be simple or it can be an issue between the wireless card and the router simply not being compatible in which case, one or the other has to be changed.

belkins are cheap and know for this. if you can try updating the firmware. and I would recomand a new router and stay away from cheap. rule if its to cheap it will act cheap.
I would get a dlink. about 65 bucks american
