Refrigerators usually will not make ice unless the temperature is 15F or below. Can you change the temperature setting?
You may need a repair soon.

By your statement is seems you bought the filter to fix the problem. Since its not resolved it sound like the water valve is probably the issue. This is the part that the house water supply connects to at the back of the fridge. It has two outlets one for the ice and one for the water. May start there with your model number you can call any parts suppliers in the area or Marcone 800-482-6022 with the model and they can ship you the part. The valve may also have seeped slow moving water and frozen the fill tube that puts water into the ice maker double check to make sure theres no ice blocking the plastic tube that goes through the back wall of the freezer into the ice maker. You can pull it out when you pull out the fridge to get to the valve in the back. Good luck

Is it not getting cold enough—your freezer should be below freezing. Put a cup of water in there and let it stand? Could be your compressor. Don't know where you get ice. If the water in the cup freezes, the line to your ice maker could be blocked or disconnected..

I positioned ice in my canines water each and all the time, the two she leaves it on my own, or takes an ice chip out and eats it, or merely we could it soften throughout the time of the day. Its a sturdy concept to offer them water with ice cubes on a warm day becuae the ice cubes will save the water cool, and since the countless water evaporates the ice cubes will replace the water.

Did you adjust the setting in the refrigerator so it freezes? If you did that, when is the last time you topped up the refrigerant?

I have had the same problem, it may be time to have it serviced. Call a qualified professional.

Make sure the lever is not in the stop position. It should be down for making ice.
