ok so thanksgiving is comeing up, and i need some help. i know a few things i want to make but i need to know some other traditional ideas. i plan on making turkey, mashed patotes with gravy, corn on the cob, stuffing, and of course pumpkin pie, and rolls. is that enough or do i need something else. its just me my husband and 2 kids, so its not huge, but any more ideas?

ok so im pakistani so we practice marraige between cousins. my brother was engaged to be married to my cousin, my dads brothers daughter, whom i love very much. but she died 2 years ago when she was 18. =[

so my brother, a year ago, said he wanted to be married to my other cousin, my dads sisters daughter. both my parents agreed because shes a great girl and we all love her.

so my mom called their house and asked her mom for her hand in marraige and they said yes, after asking her. my parents did this w/o asking my dads brother.

when my dads brother and his sons and daughters (they r all over 20) found out, they werent even happy b/c they were kinda jealous cause their daughter was supposed to get married to my brother.

so from tht day to now, they keep telling my dad false information abt my dads sister and her children. their objective is to get my dad to break the engagement. but i dont want tht to happen. wat can i do? can i even do anything?

I dumped my ex fiance for another guy because the other guy was really well off and I thought I really liked him better plus I honestly felt my ex was too nice. But the guy I dumped him for turned out to be a real jerk and he lied and cheated on me constantly. We broke up not to long ago. Now, I want my ex back and he has a girlfriend but she's not very nice and she doesn't deserve him. How do I get him back? My son is suspended from school because he has behavioral problems on and off. He's only seven. When I ask them how did it start, they couldn't give me a definite answer. All they would say is that he missbehaved and he's suspended. The principal said he's suspended and won't be able to return until he has an appointment with a psyhiatrist. I don't have medical coverage and they're really expensive. I can't afford a psyhiatrist. How is he suppose to go back to school?

I already taken away his privileges, but I don't know if it's enough. I'm thinking about home schooling or transfering him to another school because he says he doesn't like the school.

"Is this illegal?" or "Did I commit a crime?" After reading these questions... the "crimes" or "illegal activity" is something really petty. If something seems illegal, it probably is... So my question us... Why don't people use common sense????

I have about 4-5 credit cards, and 3 of them have just about exceeded their limit (which is about $2,000) . I was wondering if anyone knew if getting an AMEX card and just paying the balances off with that card and then just pay off the Amex. If you have any other suggestions- i would appreciate. I do not want to take out a loan.

I've recently been hired as a Credit Card Customer Service rep for people trying to reestablish their credit. Basically, we convince people to sign up for our credit card for a one-time processing fee which is $95. The credit card is only good for our products online/catolog. We tell customers this information but we've been told to speak very quickly during disclosure. Ok, once we've gotten them to agree, we get their bank info or have them send a money order. Once the customer finds out that they only use the credit card for our company, they want to cx their card.Sometimes we've been told to put the clients on "extended hold" which is like forever. Then we disconnect the call. If the customer is persistant about cancellation, we charge a 299 cancellation fee and it could take up to 10 business days for that to take place. I asked my manager wasn't this fraud. She told me no, as long as we have their permission, this is all legal. What do you think? I really need to work.

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have a great job which I have been at for 3.5 months. I have a felony charge ( grand theft 350.00) which I am currently serving probation for. My employer has not done a background check on me YET. I am not sure if she will, but she does it on other people and I am sure she will eventually do one on me. On my application i didn't put down that I was convicted of a crime b/c I had adjudication withheld and I never told her about the charge. So, since I do the payroll I am assuming that if she does a check I will get fired. what should I do? Should I wait and see if she ever does one or should I tell her about it? If I get fired its going to be impossible for me to find another job because of my background and because I am pregnant.
