Pasta==I would make something baked and cheesy with garlic brd and salad. If you wanted to do seafood try a shrimp scampi with linguini or grill/bake a fish with rosemary lemon and fresh pepper with rice and asparagus. A nice rich butter sauce to pour over the top would also be nice. My boyfriend is fench and he suggests this==chateau briande which is a classic beef french dish and you could find the recipe on the internet. And always, always serve chocolate for dessert! (That came from him!) I LOVE to cook and have been working on and wanting to get my cookbook printed. I will be more than happy to send you some personal recipes ==just let me know what you would like to cook==im a buterflybp@yahoo.com===good luck with your romantic dinner

Last night we made homemade ravioli. Stuffed with crab meat, fennel, shallots, chicken base, sherry, Parmesan cheese and garlic. We made the pasta also. Served it with a heavy cream sauce with saute'd garlic and Parmesan cheese. Really was great!!!!
