If I add the copyright symbol along with the name of the company (i.e disney) onto the cake, could I draw a character (such as Cinderella, Dora, etc...) and sell it in a shop? Would that still be considered against the law? I was wondering because with adding the copyright symbol, aren't you giving credit to the company?

Lately, I have been going through some stress of my own&I have been HORRIBLE2my AMAZING boyfriend. I never cheated but I say HORRIBLE things. I belittle him, I don't do anything4him, I call him names etc.Hes told me that it pisses him off, its disrespectful and he doesn't like it, but I never stopped. The other day he called me and I had an attitude (as I have had for the past YEAR...off and on...obviously we have or good days and good weeks even)...but he said that hes tired of my attitude and hed call me in the morning, so I broke up with HIM, for NO reason, just being a b**** and the next day I realized how dumb I was. I tried to get back with him but now, he does not want to have ANYTHING to do with me. Even though I left HIM, he feels free of all the **** I have put him through and doesnt want to be a "yoyo"...I KNOW FOR A FACT, that he LOVES me. he wants2be happy wit me but he THINKS i wont change n wont gimme a chance.HOW do i fix things.if i cant...how do i get over him??????

I never thought he could be so deadly. He's such a passive dog. He let's my 2 year old niece ride his back.

My sister found the kitten (we named her Tinker) on Thursday and this morning about an hour ago my dog (Mastiff&German Shepherd mix) was in the house and I was trying to get him out and I let the room door where the cat was in open (stupidly) and I turned my back and I heard the cat hiss and the dog went after her and now she's dead.

This is all my fault. I'm such an idiot. To make it worse I don't know how I can ever trust my dog again. He's about 3-4 years old and it was a kitten (about 3 months old) that he just killed.

How do I re-gain trust in my not so gentle giant?

This is a 3 part quistion
1) i have a friend she talks down about her self alot and her moms brainwashing her into sayind boys are evil shes 12 and her parents need to let her florish but NO!!
im holding on to patiens wat should i do i hate this
2)I told this same fren i was bi and she told her parents like and i told her to not like say anything to any1!!! then her dad called me a dike came to the skool and said to the vp why are there dikes in the skool and took her to our class and yelled " WHERES THE DIKE AT!!!" and im so mad
