I doubt she is pregnant if she has had her period. Any way maybe this should tell you to stop having intercourse till your married.

If she is taking the birth control pills as directed and you are using a condom, then it is unlikely that she is pregnant. Birth control pills will often cause you to have lighter periods. Some people actually take them because they have very heavy periods and the pill will usually help that. I can't imagine why her sides are hurting, but that isn't a symptom of pregnancy. If it is just her right side she might need to be checked for appendicitis.

Tell her to take a test. But odds are she probably is not pregnant if you've been using condoms AND she's on birth control. Not impossible, but highly improbable.

Sides hurting is not a sign of pregnancy.

If you used a condom and birth control... chances are she's not pregnant ~ especially if she got her period at the normal time. If she's really worried about it - tell her take an EPT. (Early Pregnancy Test)

If its about two weeks before her next period it could be ovulation pain and that means her birth control is not working.

It could be a number of things, maybe her kidneys need water but whatever it is she needs to see a doctor and fast or it could a kidney infection or a bladder infection or a urniary tract infection....etc.

Pregnancy test, planned parenthood, or doctor if you're worried. It is possible, both methods have a failure rate.
