I know you can't really spot reduce but I am doing cardio 3-4 days a week and 2-3 days a week I am doing sets of push-ups for arms, squats for legs, crunches for my stomach, etc. What exercises should I do to help get rid of lovehandles??

I have an 1986 Bayliner cuddy (notorious for soft transoms) with a 125 Force O/B, all in great condition, except for some weakness in the transom.
It flexes a bit if I put my weight on the lower end of the motor
Is there anyway to reinforce this, short of a costly transom rebuild?
Does anyone make or sell aluminum or steel plates?

I really want this desktop computer from bestbuy that will be $199.99 on black friday as a doorbuster. But what i need to know is how early do i need to get there to have a chance of getting one.
The store opens at 5am and they start handing out voucher tickets for the items you want a 3am.

I know the dictionary definition for frail. But I think the doctor means something more.
My mom is 80 and had open heart sugery this summer. Though she is recovering slowly, the doctor and nurses said she is very frail.
What does the medical staff mean when they add "she's very frail" to the rest of the prognosis?

This may be a silly question, but I will ask anyway. Why do people put so much time and effort into seasoning turkey skin when most people do not eat the skin anyway - or do they. I don't.

The turkey skin is so thick that the flavor of the seasonings cannot seep through to the actual turkey meat. Maybe it is all about the aroma when cooking the turkey. Maybe it is about presentation.

What do you think and do people actually eat the skin?

those are my very crappy sat scores and Im worried im not going to get into college now.DO you think colleges will still accept kids who have horrible sat scores but were in a lot of clubs. I was in about 20 clubs while in high school including the national honor society,the school musical, the advanced school choir,the school orchestra,science club,international club, human rights club, the school newspaper adn many more and My grades are usually in the high between 85 and 100 and Ive always been on the honor roll and right now Im spending my senior year as an exchange student in Switzerland and Im learning german.My top colleges right now are
Sacred Heart-CT
Providence College-RI
Manhattanville College-NY
Manhattan-Ny
and the others that Im applying to are SUNY Plattsburgh,Oneonta and Binghamton,Stonehill-MA,Roger Williams-RI and Quinnipiac-Ct.Do you think I have a chance to getting into any of these.Do you have any advice.Thanks.

Which would you choose for them or hope for them:

1. That they change their minds and realize it's a woman's right to choose and support the Pro-Choice position. (ie "switch sides")

2. Strip them of their right to free speech about their position on reproductive rights. meaning allowing them to be Anti-Choice, but as long as they keep it to themselves.
