what type of martial arts is best for a 14 year old girl who wants to learn martial arts. i've never done it before. please say things that i'd be able to take in a community centre. p.S: i'd like a martial arts so i can get rid of the flab so i can look more...in shape, because i dont do any sports because i'm just not good at team sports(right now i'm 116..ish)
can you suggest other exercising things i could take at a rec centre??

- what benefits are there if the camshafts were upgraded from the stock unit to a high performance unit?

- what shortcomings will there be? (example, increase in petrol consumption?)

Are there radios that signal dispatch that your getting your *** kicked when you push a button...(dosent have to be getting your *** kicked just an emergency). Lets say if for some reason you can put the call out all you do is push the button on your radio and dispatch will know.

There has been many occasions they have literally gotten away with murder yet nothing is ever done. The last case I read about they barged into a home and shot a couple to death. None were convicted of murder even though they were IN THE WRONG HOUSE.

Me and my mom left my abusive dad about 4 months ago, and at first it was fine, everything was great. But recently, we moved and got our own apartment, and now it seems like she wants to control everything. We literally get in an argument every night about stupid stuff which just escalates. Such as, I wanted to get my best friend a Ps3 for christmas, I have worked hard and saved up my money while going to full time college (I'm 16.) And she's saying that this is senseless and if I'm going to spend money ridiculously then i should just quit. What do I do? She never used to be like this.

I need to buy a suit that looks nice, but isn't too expensive (preferably under $200). I'm short, so the store should have a "petite" line if possible. Where do you recommend I should go?

i felt the spirit filling me one sunday morning and felt weak in the knees, but i kept my legs straight and wouldnt let myself fall. there was also a time when i felt like something was in my throat working its way out...like maybe it was words, but i kept it in just in case it was something physical like...how can i put it...vomit. Can anyone help remove the physical or mental restraints i have on this issue?

Ok... Now... I have a refurbished HP Pavilion with Windows XP Pro and maybe Service pack 2... I had recently downloaded a game, Digimon RPG (great game too... even for being Korean), And recently I was playing it and my computer crashed and restarted... When it restarted it said that Windows had recovered from an important error or something of that nature... Online it said that it had something to do with the RAM haveing an error but needed me to use a program to check... It wanted me to buy it so I didn't use it... A little while later I was playing the same game and the monitor went blank... And I tried another monitor just to make sure that it wasn't the other... And Neither of them worked (and yes the other one worked too...) But anyways... What could be wrong with it? Would the viseo drivers gone bad or something? The monitor connector is physically on the motherboard so I can't replace that... Could I get a video card to use too? Any help is GREATLY appreciated...

Can someone tell me why we are asking for the head of Met. Police commisssioner, when the woman commandor who was leading the opration, which went wrong and resulted in unfortunate death of an innocent person, got promotion. I know the top man should accept responsibility but surely not not at any price when we rewrad the negligence of one and punish the one who was relying on of one his senior officers, whom is not mention in any report for failing to do her job in the first place.

I just found out i was pregnant. I took 2 epts and they both said positive, then I went to a local planned parenthood clinic and they told me that since I was only 1 day late it was going to be impossible to show up. I took the test there and the positive line was bright and the lady was in shock. She said I must have high Hcg levels. Does this mean that Im likely to have twins.

My hubby has 2 sets of uncles on his fathers side that are twins and I have some distant.
