Why?

I'm considering general anaesthesia for my upcoming vaccination (Td/IPV), as I have a severe phobia of hypodermic needles and any procedures involving them. Cream doesn't work for me, neither does gel... I haven't been offered anything else. I'm scared of the needle, not the pain, which makes things one hell of a lot trickier - you can't have a Td/IPV (Tetanus/Diptheria/Polio) vaccination by anything but needle, I've been told.

However, I've been told that general anaesthesia is risky - why? What effects would it have on me, if things were to go wrong (I'm thirteen years old, female, and about 8kg below average weight for my height - roughly 60kg)? And, if it's so risky, why is it used all the time - or does it just depend on age and body type?

I don't want to hear that I'm a wimp for being so incredibly phobic of needles - just an answer would be perfect. Thanks in advance!

I want to get highlights like this (done professionally lol) but not sure if it will look ok with my colourings? cause I have very pale skin, light blue eyes, light eyebrows but really dark brown hair naturally...will the colours look to fake against my dark hair, what do you think?

If you could post a pic of different coloured highlights that you think would look more natural with my colourings, that would be great (not red please lol)

Or maybe they do it while I'm working, I don't know. But I've lived in several cities and in two different states, no JWs.

I hear people talk about getting door-knocked by the JWs all the time --- but this has never happened to me. What about you? Have you had a lot of JWs knock on your door?

There is this guy I like and I thought he liked me too. Before it seemed like he wanted to get to know me more, but now he doesn't talk to me as much. I don't know if it's because he never did like me or if he is giving up because he doesn't think I like him. Anyways though I really like him, and I want to know if he does/did like me or if he likes someone else. I don't really want to ask him myself because it would make things between us very akward. The house we live in is a rental, and our landlord sold it to someone else. Now we've received our 2 month lease,and we have to be out in 60 days!!!! We have 3 dogs, and finding a place will be hard enough without half the $$ for rent!! We get a measly 750 for our deposit, but the $500 pet deposit for a year i suppose is lost, but we've only been here 3 months... seem right to you? I'm SO upset right now... we've got 2 months to find a new place, and limited funds to do so... Is this legal? I've looked at DE's tenant/landlord code, and it doesn't address this issue.

If you work for a company overseas and money is wired into your account in the amount that would look as though taxes are taken out, but you get a lot of excuses about why you don't get pay stubs, how can you find out what's really going on?

If you start to look into it to protect yourself and you get fired soon after, is there anything you can do, or are you damned if you do, damned if you don't .
