Get a storage bowl that will fit very snugly in the tank from front to back, on one side, taking up maybe 1/3 of the lentgh, the bowl should be more than 3 inches tall, fill the bowl halfway with aquarium gravel, then the rest of the way with some sort of forest bedding or sphagmun moss, get a small hiding hut to put on this side too. Put sand or something in the rest of the tank, a thin layer, add docorations if you want, then fill the water in this area up to the lip of the bowl, then put an under gavel filter under the water part, or get a tiny heater, like the kind for 5 gallon aquariums, you should mist the dry side too, to prevent the bedding from scratching your frog....
ADD: Storage bowl means tupper ware, I just was trying to avoid calling it by it's name, but It doens't make any sense to me the way I put it.
