thats not a balanced diet - you need much more protein, fruit, veggies, healthy fats etc.
you have to have 5-6 small meals a day so your body would get calories/energy when it needs it and not have any extra left to store in fat reserves (which happens when you consume 3 or less meals a day)
p.s. chips are junk food and you dont need them.

I'm not sure that you will lose weight, because your 12 and your bodys still devoliping so the weight that you have is all natural at this point and it is difficult to lose weight. It will however help you in the long run so you will lose weight in the future and so that you stay thin.

Hunny you are 12 years old?
Whatever weight you think you need to lose is called "baby fat" and you will lose it as you get older
please dont diet at your young age.

yes I'm sure you will especially with the amount of exercise you'd do. you wouldn't be eating that many calories because you're not eating that much..its all about how many calories you burn off> if you eat more than you burn, you put on weight. Eat less than you burn and you lose weight.

that would be really bad way to diet. you are basically starving yourself. you are 12 you have baby fat yet, you will grow out of it. just watch what you eat and make sure to exercise, starving yourself will actually just make you lose musles.
